*STORYLINE: Six warriors from six different eras and places in history are plucked from their time and end up on a mysterious island full of hidden dangers. Now they must find a way to return to where and when they belong. This can only be achieved by using their skills and cooperating, while unlocking secrets, dodging attacks, and learning to live with one another.

*RULES:I have very few guidelines for this thread. All I ask is that you keep it PG-13 (wouldn't want this locked, would we?) and enjoy it. There are technically only six spots open, but I hate to exclude, so I won't mind if more people than that want to join in. Your character should be either one you've made up or an actual historical figure. Just don't make them really uber (I.E. A titan from ancient Greece, any kind of god, etc. I don't care if they have supernatural powers, but let's keep it within reason, okay?). Also, THIS IS NOT AN ACCURATE HISTORICAL REPRESENTATION. It's fiction, okay? Have fun with it. Take my character for instance. She's a female samurai named Jade. That is not historically accurate at all, but we're not here to write a history book, are we? And yes, our characters CAN understand each other. No need to make your character bilingual (unless you really want to). We're just going to assume that we can all communicate, just for simplicity's sake. Other than those few rules, all I can say is be respectful of everyone, be creative, and HAVE FUN.

Erm..First RP on Psypoke, but..

RP Name: Moonsong- Elemental Wolf RP
RP Genere: Fantasy
Setting: Keldrae Forest, a forest filled with mythical creatures and such, along with wolves and other woodland animals.
Plot: In Keldrae, there is war. War between the wolves of the forest, elemental or no. Each elemental pack is using their powers(Ex- Fire wolf uses fire magic) against the others, and this is becomig hazardous for the other creatures in Keldrae. These others are slowly becoming involved in this, and this isn't turning good. What shall be the fate of the wolves? Keldrae Forest? The nearby village? Sooner or later, we shall all find out...
Additional Rules:
1. General RP Rules.
2. Limit of 5 non-wolf characters in entire RP. Subject to change.
3. No gore. Gore isn't good.
4. No almighty gods of indestructible doom. Not even Alphas are like that.

I'd appreciate it, MoonGale, if you could wait until you've been on Psypoke a little longer before starting a large battle-based roleplay of your own. It sounds like a good idea, one that a lot of people might join, and I just want to make sure you'll continue to be around to moderate it. I usually request that members be around a week or so before beginning an RP, and although you're nearly there I'd just like to be sure.

Roleplay Genre: Fantasy

Setting:
Over 7 periods of time
Plot:
Demons have found a loophole in time and are tearing time apart. From each tear comes a warrior from that time. A timelord has summoned those 6 warriors and have been given a task to fix each time period.

The person who picks that time frame, will Make the problem reletive to that time frame, and area.
Additional Rules:
1: Regular RP rules
2: PG-13
3: 6 Player limit (Subject to change if Lots of people join at first.)
4: I have made proffesions and characters to people to chose from, and with that I have chosen 6 time frames which they also chose to be from. You must stay withen your proffesion, but can aqquire and learn new things through each time period.
5: No Gore I guess- This will help me, with the RP.
6: No god figures, or overwhelming powers.

Listen, golden_thunder, I didn't lock your topic because you needed more people to join. The main reason why I locked it was because you didn't seem to be capable to run the Role Play. Role Play creators have to, at least, look like they can handle running the whole game, and have the will to put in the effort, as Sneaky_Sneasel said in the very first post of this thread.

I'm sorry, but we'll have to deny your request. Work harder to try to improve your idea and grammar. When you do so, then please come back with an application that is more acceptable.

In this role play, you make up your own story in the huge world of Fantasy.
The world of Fantasy is pretty much based around the Final Fantasy games, so there are lots of monsters, bosses, you could even own your own Chocobo, talk to Moogles, anything Final Fantasy.
Anything goes with your story, you could deliver mail by airship, you could go on a quest to be the best, a quest to save someone you care about, to take revenge on an enemy from your past or you could even be a knight guarding a castle.

Additional Rules:
-You can intertwine with others, like ask questions, visit them or join there adventure (if they let you join), but you don

Cool idea, Charly, but it's too big for a single forum. If you want to make a massive RP like that, you'd need your own set of forums, plus tools like maps of the world and information on taken summons and such for all players to use. If you want to do that, you can- I have a site of that nature, and use Acornrack to make setting it up easy- but for Psypoke you need a specific plot that will keep all the characters going together, so no one gets lost or too muddled.

I want a Final Fantasy one...but it's hard to come up with stuff.

Deathseeker, I'm afraid you need more of a plot than just 'deoxyz appears to destroy the world and the legendaries stop him'. Maybe you could have the trainers go on a quest to find all the legendaries and have them assist in deoxyz defeat.

Actually I was planning on the trainers first finding Deoxys because they have no idea where it is. But your idea will work

I had a great idea (in my opinion, at least) for a new roleplay a few days ago. I waited and planned it out, cultivated the plot, and formed the basic ideas of it before I decided to post it here (all great works take time and preparation, right?). However, I already have an RP, "When Worlds Collide", that's been running for a few weeks now.

So...I was just wondering if there is any limit to the number of role plays that a single member can apply for.

Like I said, I spent alot of time brainstorming this new RP idea, but I just wanted to be sure that I wasn't breaking any rules by applying for it when I already have one running before I did so.

(I had originally posted this question in the "Rules" section of the forum, but soon realized that Amphy doesn't check on it as often as the MODs check their threads, so I deleted it and posted it here, since this is the only place I could think of that was remotely appropriate and where I'd get a response fairly soon. Sorry if it's misplaced.)

That's completely up to you, Miasma. If you think you can run multiple RPs, then go ahead. There's no rules that limit the amount of RPs you can create, just as long as you put an equal amount of effort into all of them and make sure they follow the Psypoke rules.
