Aseren read the window that had appeared. It began listing different technical information that he couldn't make out. Before he could read much more the loading bar finished and a new window popped up.

[Upgrade successfully completed! [x]

[Okay]

Aseren shrugged and clicked the [Okay]. The new window came up. Another loading bar which immediately minimized when a new message popped up.

[Error!!! Transferred Data [x]

[Please check and see that the pokeball is securely connected before continuing]

[ [Continue] [Cancel] ]

Aseren looked back to the pokeball on the ground. He looked back at the computer and realised that there was an unplugged chord underneath the desk. He clumisly fumbled for the pokeball and connected the chord to the center and clicked [Continue]. Yet another loading bar saying it was transferring data. All of a sudden there were sounds of movement at the door. He panicked and bumped the computer again. A disk popped out of the CD insert and ell on the desk. He grabbed it and shoved it into his pocket and awaited the transfer to finish. What is this? I know Team Rocket has done some weird experiments but this is beyond me.

The loading bar finished and the chord shot out of the pokeball straight at the monitor, smashing it to pieces. Realising what he'd done, he quickly grabbed a new pokeball from his bag and tried to insert a new CD into the drive, which didn't go in and fell to the floor, where it broke into several pieces. He dropped the replacement pokeball into the drawer and looked at the screen again, it was smoking. BOOM!

((Ooo... Please, continue.))

Gaton woke up "rgg..." he put his arm down to pick himself and but fell back, writhing in pain. "AHH! ***** FOR *** LOVE OF **** AGH! MY **** ARM!"
he lifted it up and found that this hurt as well. "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" He gripped his arm tightly. "Ngggg. I think it my be broken. rgg..." he got up using his other arm. "damnit. this dosen't help..."

I stood there, covering my ears, staring at Gaton. When he stopped, I asked,
"Are you done yet?"
I lowered my hands, and said, "Don't move your arm. Just lie here for a bit, alright? The tree is taking away your pain slowly. The more you move, the more time it takes."

"oh... OK. owwww...." he looked at his brother. "hmmm... i wonder what pokemon he has... KIKI! can you get me michael's poke-ball? thanks" he released the pokemon inside. "ditto!" "ditto eh? this should be fun..."

I gave him the pokeball, then said,
"Alright. Two things. One, his name is Michael? And two, what the heck are you doing with his pokemon?!"

Aseren got up from the floor and looked at what used to be the computer. apparently a fire started from the monitor and had spread to the PC. The results were that of a mini explosion. The desk lay in massive ruins and the computer could only be considered rubble.

"What was that noise!?" "It came from that room." "Get security down here immediately! We may have been discovered!" Aseren heard commands from the other side of the door. Okay, I am not making a good impression on my hosts. I don't want a crime syndicate breathing down my back right now. He remembered the CD in his pocket. He checked to see if it was damaged. As he pulled it out of his pocket he could here shuffling at the door. "Brace yourselves!" The disk was unharmed and so he took a CD case from his bag and threw out his Poke Polka CD to replace it with this mystery disk. Why did I have Polka anyway?

BANG! The door was blown open and smoke bombs greeted Aseren. Poof.

"All Rocket security personel report to floor 4. Repeat: All Rocket security personel report to floor 4." An alarm could be heard in the hallways and Rocket members flooded the stairways in haste to make it to floor 4. The special bomb unit finally made it to the door. Their leader barked orders. "Be ready for an assault. Team Galactic may have found our location so their operatives could very well have infiltrated our perimeter. Have the Koffings smokescreen the doorway and keep an eye out for runners. Block all exits possible. Weezing! Get next to the door!"

A large Weezing hovered next to the door almost immediately. "Send in the Golbats, Crobats, and even Zubats into the room immediately. Their sonar will detect anything in there before the smokescreen even disappates. Units prepare yourselves." Several other members released their pokemon. Some had Koffings and others had Golbats. Most had Zubats and Radicates. "Remember to have the first 3 pokemon who enter to use confuse ray immediately. Brace yourselves! Weezing! Explosion!"

BANG! Smokescreen filled the room almost immediately, as did the bat pokemon. Several seconds passed and a Rocket member entered the room, then came back out and reported. "Noone's in there sir!" A scientist began pushing members aside and darted into the room. The leader entered as well. "What do you think happened?"

"Someone destroyed our 20 year experiment! THAT'S WHAT!" He screamed at the leader. The scientist bent down and delicately picked up the broken disc's pieces in his hands. The leader spoke to another member. "Inform Giovanni there has been a breach. Give him all the information this scientist can provide." "Yes sir, right away sir!"

"he's my brother and his name is Michael. ok? and the reason im using his pokemon is that i'm just seeing what it is OK?" ... "sorry about being so angry... this hirts like crap and its making me rather irritable. sorry"

I nodded silently, then looked at Michael.

Aseren appeared in a dank dusty room. It seemed he was in he basement furnace room. Let's see what was so secretive. He threw the pokeball. It opened with a flash of light. A shape was formed. It was smooth and odd. 2 legs and what appeared to be a tail. It had a beak of some sort, although he couldn't see a mouth and 2 eyes on each side of its head.

{Program Commencing: Porygon 2 Activated}

{Searching for possible masters: Search complete. Compatible master found.}

It turned its head at Aseren, who then jumped and hit the ceiling. "Ouch!"

Aseren watched as the Porygon 2 imitated his comical head bang. He wasn't too shabby, except instead of his hands clutching its head, its tail did that. It duplicated his voice flawlessly. "Ouch!" although there was a slight mechanical echo to it.

"You're an odd little fellow eh? What might you be?" Aseren crept ever so closer to the mysterious pokemon before him. He poked it. It poked back. "Seems you like to do what I do." Wonder what moves it knows? It disappeared. "What!?" Aseren's eyes bulged. and he grabbed his head. Porygon 2 had moved to behind him.

Aseren heard a "What!?" and turned around and shrieked with terror like a girl. Then sighed. But he caught on.

Porygon 2 began to turn around. "No! Don't copy that one!" "AHHHHHHH!!!!!" The Porygon duplicated his wimpy scream perfectly. "No No No. Bad pokemon! Delete it! Erase that! Don't do it again!" Porygon 2 was shocked that Aseren thought his data was not worth storing. "What!?" it said in Aseren's voice again. "Well then, just never get scared in front of other people okay?" The Porygon 2 nodded.

Seto was leading Giovanni when his cellphone went off, turning he answered and listened.

"Gather as much information as you can, I want a full report in two hours. For now I have something more improtant to deal with." He said closing down his phone.

"Sorry nephew, proceed"

Seto continued until he found the rose tree, seeing everyone gathered there he hurried over to find Gaton in pain.

"Here Gaton try this" Seto sadi tossing him a full restore "It worked on me, why not you. Also everyone I would like you to meet my Uncle Giovanni, Head of Team Rocket"

I kept my stance by the tree, my head down, but I was breathing rapidly.
What-what do I do? I was frozen.

Aseren poofed again with his Porygon 2 friend. He wondered how the others were doing.

Tablet saw Giovanni, and his reply was, ~Whosa the hell are you?~ He fell down, and stayed.

I gritted my teeth.

Giovanni...father...


I looked for a time where Tablet was answered, and took the opportunity. I silently jumped into the tree, and climbed through the window, yet it took enough time for someone to see.

(Well, finally I'm back, after recovering from a killer cold...all that's left is a killer cough...And Seto, You control Giovanni.)

"Is that so, Seto?" Solano responded to Seto's statement about Team Rocket helping them. He seemed somewhat skeptical. "Normally I wouldn't accept your help, but due to the severity of the condition at hand, I suppose I have no choice but to trust you humans."

He'd followed Seto, Giovanni, and the others over to the tree where Kiki was. Solano seemed to notice Kiki, though no one else did. Then all of a sudden, he bent over forwards, clutching his head.

"I see it...I remember it...I remember...everything!!" No one knew what he was talking about, but Kiki would know, as soon as Solano's words escaped his mouth. Yes, he said this all aloud.

"Solano wasn't my birth name...it was Pyraten. It means fire demon...and the name was fitting. 6 years I spent locked up in a room, not allowed to see anyone and no one allowed to see me. As far as Icenn and the others were concerned, I didn't even exist. Then eventually I'd had it. I broke free of my prison, blowing the door open with a powerful flame, shooting it from my hands, spreading it everywhere as I tried to make my escape. I'd noticed two young children with some other grunts... now that I recall they were Kiki and Aseren. I'd taken down at least 20 grunts, but they finally overpowered me...I woke up in Fallarbor, with no memory of the incident. I was renamed Solano by the kindly village elder...it means sunbeam. She cared for me like her own son... I would retreat into Meteor Falls for years on end, but she did not chase me. She loved me like her own son. Then finally I was sent to this academy... this earth-forsaken place!"

"Icenn and Rouge disowned me... They may be my parents, but they are not my family. They stand against us, and as such, I will destroy them. And I know just how to do it..."

Solano was kneeling on the ground the whole time, panting, sweating...Merely saying all that had exhausted him. Soon afterward he got up.

"I'm fine now; I'll be OK...yet I cannot help but think on these things..."

I leaned on him, trying to comfort him by showing that I understood.
Then, I looked near where my father should be.
"Let's go. I don't want him to see me." I said, not daring to look into Giovanni's eyes.
