I'll request some work, but artists in your case will be used very late in the site's progress but when they will be used, it'll be very very often.

Graphics can be better. By the way, is this a zoo or a park or something else?

Anyway, it's rather good but it seems too cramped. There are too many things there.

The map is to full, it isn't to great. I don't like these sort of maps, seriously, you can't put everything in one town, it just dosen't look good. There are no houses and it's missing a Pokemart/Pokemon Center, and why is raquaza in a farm pen?!?

The pokeball is blocking the cave entrance, and some of the path is inaccurate. There is a strength boulder which is unpushable, also blocking a cave. The waterfall is... I won't go on. The only thing that iss remotely intresting about this map is the fact that mew is doing the Kan-Kan on the roof of ... that building...

Anyway, enough critisism, now for the good points, some of the overworld recolours are good. Mainly the greeen pokemon center.

Cosmic, do try to say things like this via PM like Xalia said, and just let you know, that isn't at all scratch(hand drawn).

the green pokecenter is the car center hence the moving vans out back

did you notice the cyndaquils worshiping the sudowoodo?

the blank green area in front of the vans is open so people can drive away

i was going to have the emerald player character and his mother coming to the car center with all their luggage so it would be a prequal to the gem series.
