I was messing around with Paint and made all the outlines of this Suicune black. When I finished, I realized it looked a bit more like a cartoon. What do YOU think? (Yes the backround color is a bit darker.)

6.5/10. i could barely tell the difference. the sprite already looked cartoony, but after looking hard enough, i say that you made it look a little cartoonier, but it could be toonier. maybe have the eyes bigger, something that would really stand out.
