This has nothing to do with p2p software programs. Basically if you have played a game that you must share with others and tell other people how good it is and boast on how good you are, this is the place. Basically it's kind of like advertising though it's for Video Games. The games can be anything, from todays consoles to crappy DOS games or maybe a cool flash game that you played once and lost, but it was still cool. Basically you want to sound convincing enough so people will play the game. Please do not do Pokemon. Anyway I'll start.
Little Fighter 2:
This is an awsome game, a primative version of Tekken and it is sweet. You choose from heaps of fighting characters which have special abilites and then you fight in an arena. It does get a bit chaotic though it is all part of the fun. Basically it is absolute deathmatch, last person standing winds. You can play in teams or FFA and verse upto 7 other people in one fight. You can play with multiple people on one computer (up 2 4), though one of the best things about this game is that you can play online, play with your friends almost anytime. It is a bit hard to get used to though it is a very fun, hours and hours of gameplay out of it.
It is a freeware game so anyone can get it and it is great to play at school or at home. You can download it here and I highly recommend you do, it's only 12 mB.
Unstickied for great justice. There were only 14 or 15 posts in a year in this thread, and we never use it. If another VGD moderator, admin, or a global mod wants this topic restickied, go for it.

Metal Slug X
If you love 2D shooters, this is THE game to get. It's for the PSX (unless you're lucky enough to have a Neo Geo, because it came out for that first), and this game just owns so much! The gameplay might seem a little sluggish at times, but you get used to it. I don't even notice it that much anymore. If you played Metal Slug games before, you'll know how awesome and how hard they are. This one is just as good, if not better!
If you have $30 to dish out and your local EB or Gamestop happens to have one, or you can find it on Ebay, I recommend getting it. You won't be dissapointed.
(I got mine for $30 at EB)

GeneRally.
It's a small racing game with simple controls, and amazingly addictive. The game is just over 1 MB, and comes with a multitude of cars and themed tracks. However, there is also a track editor that you can use to create your own tracks easily. Or if you want, visit the forums for more stuff (tracks, cars, palettes to alter the game colors, loads of utilities, etc.).

Just to quote from above, Dos Games aren't "crappy". In fact, Raptor and
Stargunner, games which you control a ship and upgrade it with weapons
such as the Mega Bomb and Plasma Torpedo, were pretty well-designed
and thought-out for their time.
In some cases, they are even better than some games which are out in
the marketplace today.

I didn't say that all DOS games were crappy, I just said there are crappy DOS games. There are crappy console games aswell, though I set myself a word limit.

Its hilarious, specially the battling modes. They parody lots of good movies, and the violence, bad words and disgusting things are explicit (though its not what makes the game good).

Thank you Galar! That is one of my favorite N64 games. The singleplayer story mode is pretty great, but what makes it one of those games you'd never think of selling is the multiplayer mode. My friends and I play this game for hours upon hours, it's truly an awesome game. I for one thought the sequel should at least be released on a Nintendo system, since the original was. Oh well...

I'm too lazy to write a proper review, so allow me to copy what I've said before...
Now, as I sit here, I've got an open book in my lap; "The Complete Tales and Poems of Edgar Allan Poe" to be precise, open to page 72, entitled "The Raven." Allow me to quote:
Edgar Allan Poe wrote: Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there wondering, fearing,
Doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before, Does anyone recognize that quote, outside of Poe's works? Mr. Saturn here should, because I know he played the game the same time as me. Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem, a sleeper hit for GCN, was an amazing game. Never before has any video game, movie, TV show, or any visual media filled me with such sheer terror. That game brought survival horror to a whole new level; your character (you played over a dozen of them) would go insane as it fought against zombies and other undead creatures. The game would use this to mess with your own head. An attempt to save would bring up the "Formatting Memory Card...." box. Your TV would appear to turn off. There'd be a man, hanged, in the corner of the room, spouting Shakespeare. For no reason at all, the screen would swarm with flies or spiders. Now, while playing this game, things would spook me, but nothing more. At least, that's how it seemed. When I stopped though, every time, I realized I was shaking, sweating, and my heart was racing. I was genuinely terrified.
Games like Eternal Darkness would be a more than welcome addition to my library. I enjoy being scared, and it's been a long time since it's happened. But the level of emotion carried in that game was unreal. The game itself was a revolution; for the first time in years, I felt like I was really in the game, not playing it. With games like that, who needs virtual reality or the greatest graphics ever seen? A game that can so deeply immerse you into it is infinitely better than a game with the greatest graphics that you can only "play."
So, if you've got $20 (it's probably even less now), a Gamecube, and you're of a mature age (the game IS rated M) go pick it up; you won't regret it.

Yeah, I've heard of most of those games are realy good, my favorate game series is Legend of Zelda, but thats another thread. Lately, I've been enjoing the MegaMan: Battle Network series. Its got realy unique gameplay, somewhere between RPG and Card Battle game. Ya'll should try it at least once.

Perhaps my most favorite classic game of all time.
Many take this game for granted. Don't. Super Mario Bros. established a new style for making video games. So whenever you play any platformer game (any game that has a character constantly jumping from platform to platform), remember the game that inspired all.
Super Mario Bros.
