(I searched for one, there wasn't one)

I know 2x4b, FW and others will post in this thread.

What's your favourite episode?
Mine would have to be "Parting Of The Ways", "The End Of The World" or "The Doctor Dances".

David Tennant is a better Doctor that Christopher Ecclestone by miles. He is Scottish ( ) but puts on a fantastic English accent.

Some episodes are explanations or follow-ups to run you through the plots.

Don't give anything away because some people in America may not have seen them all yet...

Doctor Who! Yay!

Favourite Episode? Hmmm... Tough one... Christmas Invasion, School Reunion and World War Three.

Lets see... What is your favourite quote?
Mine would Have to be: The Doctor: What, you've never been bored? Never had a long night, never had a lot of cabinets to put up?

Of the recent two series... hm... the two-parter with the 'zombies' (yes, I remember that they're nano-gene infected or whatever. I'm not the greatest Doctor Who fan ever.) was brilliant, and I was actually freaked out at the first part. You know, the bit with the freaky kid that goes "mummy!". God, I was on my own in the house at that point, and I was scared to leave the room! My other favourite episode is the two-parter with the Slitheen. Man, that was good entertainment. Overall, I like the series, and it's nice to see that there are some other people who've heard of it.

I'm not sure that you'd understand bits of it. There are a lot of jokes that, for cultural reasons, you wouldn't get, e.g. Chavs. No offence, 'cause your shows are different to our British shows, and would contain cultural references that we wouldn't understand, e.g. Baseball.

My favourite one was the docter dances.

And btw Christopher Ecclestone was way better than David Tennant, Christopher Ecclestone is more serouis and I like that more, but in the other hand David Tennant is funny.

But my vote goes to Chris!

Oh, and that reminds me. David Tennant is funny, but not as good as Christopher Eccleston. Chris brought a sort of funny and serious tone to his role, whereas David Tennant isn't as serious. I wish I'd watched the other 1, 465, 865 series of Doctor Who though, so I could have a better opinion on the subject.

(Sorry if this is classified SPAM.)

What channel does it come on anyway? It sounds pretty good, and I would like to see it.

Thanks in advance. (That is if anyone answers the question.)

I'm around Scotland, so it should accuratly be the same.

It depends what country you live in, as far as I know the channel for America and Australia is "Sci-Fi Channel" But if you live in Britain it's on Saturdays, BBC 1 at 7:00pm GMT. Can't wait for this weeks episode! Cybermen part II!

What!?! The Yanks and Aussies get it as well?!? Oh well, I guess that we get most of their shows. Oh yeah, and I agree with 2x4b (mid if I call ya that?), the Cybermen episode pt. I was great, with Mickey meeting his parallel self! I hope that in pt. II they explain why the Cybermen of anti-Earth are identical to the Cybermen of the real world.

I don't mind if you call me that, I prefer it if anything, and the Cybermen made by Cybus Industries aren't identical to the others, the Cybermen from the old series came from Mondas

They look scarily identical. Except for the mouth. For a start, they're both silver, they both have those headphone thingies and they both follow the same principle (rip people's brains out and stick them in a machine). Oh, and neither has any decent weapons. FGS (for goodness' sakes), where are the friggin' guns? Melee weapons are soo 13th Century!!! :)

The Cybermen are different from the originals. The original Cybermen were all about self-preservation, they tried to invade Earth because The Doctor blew up Mondas, not to recruit more Cybermen. But the Death Grip is a classic Cybermen techique, I was quite suprised they brought it back, but they took away their Cyber Weapons! And no distiguishable commander leading them! Oh and Ricky and Toby had guns. I think Lumic will end up being the Cyber Controller...

Why would the Cyber Controller have extra arms :?

But I knew Lumic would be the Cyber Controller, he's the only one the Cybermen obey. Btwhave you seen the older series GQ?

The Cyber Controller should look stronger and more cooler than the bog-standard cyberman.Oh, and BTW, I've only seen the last two series. I'm too young to have been around in the days of yore...

I love this show! If there is one thing this world needs more of it's Doctor Who and food. Although the next episode, the idiot's lantern doesn't look very good to my eyes.

I also think that the cyber controller should look more powerful and have weapons like turrets or more arms and my favourite episode is probally the 1 with the werewolf after queen victoria.

Why? All the Cyber Controller does is command the other Cybermen and control the Cybernetwork. That's all, no special powers or anything. The only thing the Cyber Controller doesn't have is an Emotion Inhibitor.

Mm, I've never seen it, but my dad says that he has before, and says it's good. I don't have much interest in TV anymore, unless it's on the Science channel...

Oh, and I think it's on either Sci-Fi or BBCA (BBC America. I call it BBCA). I'm not sure about BBCA though.

Doctor Who rocks!! I wanna be a Dalek when I grow up. *evil smile* Actually I prefer Chris over David. Must be something about being the first Doctor I saw. When I was at the Worlds Biggest Bookstore last month I actually picked up one of the new books: The Clockwise Man. I just wanted it cause it had Chris and Billie on the cover. I wanna get the DVD boxset of the new series 1, but it's waaaaay out of my price range.
So I'll just wait til the fall when we get season 2 on CBC...

I'm a great Doctor Who fan and I'm not sure but aren't some of the episodes done by BBC Wales. Because if they are they may take even longer to get to the USA. My favourite quote is ...

Cyber-leader: There are fifty million Cybermen... How many are you?

Darlek: Four!

AND

Darlek: This is not war! This is pest contrrrroooolllll!

I think you need to hear it to get the full effect!
Oh and one question, in the last episode there are some Cybermen coming up the stairs when the Cyber version of the Torchwood leader comes up with a gun and says, "I did my duty etc." and starts crying black tears but surely the emotion inhibitor should stop that? My only explanation is that all members of Torchwoood have a certain level of psychic training which my overide the EI.

Please answer this question its been bugging my for ages!
