What pokemon should have one gender I think that should only have boys in its species or {jinx} should only hav girls in its species.

only legendaries should not have m/f. every other specie has to have them. regardless of how feminine male jynx/ masculine female machoke looks.

I'm inclined to agree - since D/P introduced multiple sprites per species, there is no reason that we can't have male versions of sprites that looked female in previous generations, or vice versa (for example I think Kangaskhan is only female because it clearly has a pouch in its sprite, now we can have a pouchless version).
Between that, and tying together things like Tauros/Miltank in a Nidoran, Illumise/Volbeat kinda of way, and we could finally have reasonable breeding methods for all non-legend Pokémon. Do you really think wild Tauros only breed with Dittos?

Mr. Mime's Japanese name is Barrierd, which is gender-neutral. Blame NOA for making it seem like it should be a male-only Pokemon when it has a 50/50 chance.

I think that all Pokemon, including legendaries, should have genders because without one, I can't breed them.

Though some legendaries have genders they still can't breed. I do feel that legendaries should have genders even if you can't breed them.

True - I caught my first legendary with a gender the other day, ( ), so I haven't tried to breed any before but I agree they should still have a gender; it seems strange otherwise.

I think the starters gender should be 50-50, not 87,5% male and 12,5% female. And I think should be all male.

I think, even if they're legendaries, that should be female and should be male. Just because mew looks more girlish and mewtwo looks more boyish, and it seems like they should be brother and sister or something ya know?

But there are female bodybuilders, so maybe they could leave the Mach family alone.

I think that all female wurmple should evolve into silcoon, and therefore silcoon and beautifly should be 100% female... and that all male wurmple should eveolve into cascoon and therefore all cascoon and dustox should be 100% male

I think that at least some legendaries should have genders, like Entei, Raikou, and Suicune should have genders. And Cherrygrove's idea would make it a lot easier to get the wurmple evolution you want, so that would be nice also.

I think that all legendaries should have genders honestly. I'm just weird like that.
I also think that the Pokemon like Machoke, Makuhita, and Meditite (well, maybe not Meditite) should be all male, to reflect their personalities. Seriously, a muscle-bound female doesn't make any sense, and yet they exist in Machamp.
And all other things that I can't think of...But it's not really that important.

There are loads of Pokemon that make more sense being 100% male/female. I can't understand female Jolteon, and I can't understand male Milotic, and I can't understand female Gyrados (except maybe shiny) and I don't think having shorter mustasches for Kadabra/Alakazam is enough. They are actually based on a real life person, and I think Uri Geller's wife would be a little offended if she realised that female Alakazam was based on her.

Gardevoir should ONLY be a female (same for Kirlia), Hariyama must stay as a male, Machop, Mahoke and Machamp have to be boys. Which also reminds me, one day my brother caught a female Machoke and named it Barbie!

Hmmmmmm.......maybe the female should be called.......Ms. Mime!

But that'd be another different Poke. D: You could always nickname it, I suppose.
