i heard about many events in USA and japan but i am wondering they are any events in Europe

There was a Darkrai one in the UK a while ago.
When Platinum comes out, I'd expect worldwide Wi-Fi events. The member's pass was already released, and Oak's Letter is coming in March.

I wonder why Nintendo makes some pokemon only obtainable in events. its really frustrating for those people that lives outside japan and america. why can't they just make the event available in the internet?

They like to keep the best Pokemon rare, which really only encourages hacking.

One thing I'm surprised nintendo hasn't done yet is make a pokemon that you can only obtain after collecting all the other ones.
Acreus would have been a good choice for that, being the alpha and all that jazz, but yeah.

it seems that you can get an event pokemon officialy like darkrai and shaymin using WiFi in platinum.
