{kabutops} 's ok i never really trained mine if it had the rite moveset it could be a pretty good pokemon i guess

i liked {kabutops} a lot better when it could learn hydro pump and ice beam...i still think its better than {omastar}

never much cared for kabutops... it looks cool and it has decent stats, but it has crappy typing and an even crappier movepool...

Surprizing!!! The pokemon of the week is not fully evolved? Good, I like it this way.

Anyway, I am not the biggest slowpoke fan but I do like it.

I agree with both od Snowball's movesets and they can work very effectivley. If I had to choose from Thunderbolt or Ice beam, I would go with Ice Beam. Ice Beam seems more dependable.

As for slowpoke.

Slowpoke is nice.Although I don`t use it I must admit his evolutions are powerfull and capable pokemon.It`s a shame {slowbro} doesn`t evolve into {slowking}.

My bad; I mis-read what papersun typed. But anyway, his explanation mentioned that for un-evolved Pokemon, the final stage would be selected, but Slowpoke has two possible evolutions. Hence, for such cases in the future, the final stage will be selected randomly.

Slowpoke shall be the first and last un-evolved Pokemon then :?

On topic: I've never trained a Ghost Pokemon (besides Gengar), but I've seen Dusclops in battle, and it's ok...I guess.

Dusclops is one of those mysterious pokemon that I would look to study on.

Great addition for the halloween and a very good addition to the horrible annoyer pokemon group.

I have never had a Dusclops but I plan on training one for this halloween
weekend.

Dusclops has a Stat Spread that is similar to Shuckle's. Why does it see more play?

Pain Split. Shuckle fails to effective damage and heal itself like Dusclops can with Pain Split.

Rest is a REALLY bad move on this pokemon purely for the fact that this guy can't take too many hits because of its HP. Those 2 Turns of Sleeping will weaken it back to the point of having to Rest as soon as you wake up.

Will-o-Wisp helps support the team while Focus Punch can deal some pretty nice damage due to high power. Dusclops hasn't very good offensive stats. Shadow Ball to pick on Gengar and Banette, who fail to have decent defense.

Dusclops makes decent pokemon as long as one remembers a VERY important fact:

DUSCLOPS CANNOT WALL VERY WELL.

Do NOT try to throw poor Dusclops into high powered Earthquakes or Thunderbolts. Its low HP can't take the damage it gets. Granted the opponent will need 4-6 turns of straight attacking to KO it, Dusclops cannot waste those. Will-o-Wisp, Pain Split, and Focu Punch need to be carefully timed.

All and All this pokemon is very nice for Pressure Abusing(if used correctly) and Wisping those non-guts CBers.
