i think the only thing that would really need to change to become a real contender for a real pokemon would be the face, the markings and ear things are to close to vaporeon, but otherwise its pretty sweet

I agree completely and this has given me an idea for another eevee evolution.I always wanted a ghost eevee and a way to get it could be as following:instead of raising happiness, you should have to lower happiness until it hates you then take it somewhere such as a cementery or shrine of some sort and make it faint in a battle and presto it evolves.

well instead of making it hate you, because its actually kinda hard to do that in the games, why not level it up at like a headstone in a cemetary kinda like moss stone or ice stone with leafeon and glaceon, thats just my opinion, yours is good too though

Making your Pokemon to hate you is not really difficult. I read in Bulbawiki that the bitter healing items (energypowder, energy root, heal powder and revival herb) decrease 5 happiness points. You can buy these items in Lavaridge town at Hoenn, but I don't know where you get these items at Sinnoh.

And Kidsvill, the Moss rock is not an item, Its just a stone found in Eterna Forest. If you lvl up your Eevee around that stone, it will evolve to Leafeon.

well since you dont know where to get that stuff, then its hard, thats kinda the point, and almost anything points to it liking you, walking, leveling up, and giving it stat-increasing items all make it like you more

I don't think any Eeveelutions would look like griffons and other stuff. They're mostly based on foxes, but some have more feline/canine characteristics than the others, like how Espeon looks more like a cat and Jolteon looks more like a dog .

I just had an idea: In the next Pokemon games, you catch a Legendary Dragon Eevee, and to get the other Eeveelutions you have to breed it.

I think you can get those items that decrease happiness in Celestic town...although I'm not a 100% sure.It is kinda hard to lower a Pokemon happiness but not impossible,I remember a certain Entei and Jigglypuff that I made hate me and I did it in 2 days, so if you really try it's possible,but annoying too.They should make an item that decreases happiness but increases defence or something(threre are certain berrys that do this too if I remember correctly0

if they made a hold item like the opposite of soothe bell, that made everything you do twice as bad instead of twice as good, i can see doing it, but otherwise i think its a bit of a hassle to evolve a pokemon, i dont think that evolution should become an extremely difficult thing to do

True but its already gotten annoying if you ask me .I mean some of the evolutions out there :hold certain item at a certain time of the day,or the whole gender thing where only a specific gender can evolve.....and trading in order to evolve....I mean how does that exactly cause a pokemon to evolve anyways?You give it away so it evolves to spite you?
You said having the opposite of a sooth bell would be bad ......already they have terrible and useless items like the sticky barb or iron ball,only use to them would be to use Trick and give it to the opponent.
I think mabey I did overcomplicate the whole ghost eevee evolution. Another moss rock thing would be alright too,except it coulde be a headstone and they could have placed it in the Lost tower.

???? it's the name of the type. All Pokemon eggs have this type and the only move with this type is Curse.

And about the Eevolutions, they can be also named:

Steel: Metaleon or Silveon( from silver)
Poison: Venomeon
Ground: Sandeon
Fight: Kickeon
Ghost: Shadeon (from shade)
????: Enigmeon

Why would an eeveee evolution even have a ??? as a type?As I see it at most they will have only 16 eevee evolutions to accumilate all of the types.

No pokemon has ??? as a type unless you count Missingo ,but thats not even a real pokemon.I don't see Nintendo(or whoever comes up with pokemon ideas) making a ??? type eevee evolution.

For flying, Wineon (Wing) or Featheon (Feather)
For Rock, Stoneon (Stone)
For ghost, Reapeon (Reaper)
For steel, (this is terrible, but the best I can come up with) Ireon (Iron)
For bug, Pedeon (centiPede)
For ground, Digreon (Dig)
