Farewell, Psypoke

Farewell, Psypoke It's been a whopping five years, almost to the mark, since I first joined Psypoke in the Spring of 2001. But over the past few months, I have grown more and more distant from this community - more so than ever before. Sure, there were always things not to like about it, but I had surrounded myself with people around my age, sometimes a little older, whom I thought were decent enough to talk to and share things with. But recently, it dawned upon me just how different I am from all of the people in this place. It was not a cognitive decision, but I suddenly found myself completely seperate from the values and lifestyle of the members of this forum, who spend every waking moment withering away in front of the computer. Do you guys not have anything more important or constructive to do with your lives? The internet is a healthy hobby, but I cannot identify with people who turn it into an obsession. It seems as if the internet and everything that has to do with it has become the most important thing to the members of this forum that I used to appreciate. I have grown so completely distant from this forum that I feel that I must give up my responsibility within it. The massive amount of young, immature members around here are tolerable, but I have recently joined another web community in which I fit in and really feel at home, among older and more mature people who share my interests. Don't think that all of the members here are at fault. sNOwBaLL, Galar, Jigglypuff, DatVu, Darkkend, Amphy, TonberryKing... May you pursue your dreams and ambitions and I truly wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors. I will be resigning from my post as Frontier Brain and will frequent the forum much less. I may still pop in now and again, but don't go looking for me in the chats, I feel the most out of place there. If anyone would still like to contact me, please, feel free to. I know some of us a childish (can't blame me, I'm only early 12, but I'm more mature; and probably the most mature in my class) but from this I have learned that things will change as I get older, and life won't be as easy as it is right at this moment...
