We finally have an official reveal of the last stage starter evolutions for Pokemon X and Y!
Chesnaught, Japanese name Burigaron, is Chespin's final stage and is a Grass/Fighting type.
Delphox, Japanese name Mafokushii (Mofoxy), is Fennekin's final stage and is a Fire/Psychic type.
Greninja, Japanese name Gekkouga, is Froakie's final stage and is a Water/Dark type.
We've already seen glimpses of Kangaskhan's mega, and here we see it along with Mega Gengar. We already knew Mega Kangaskhan's ability to be Parental Bond, and Mega Gengar's has been revealed as Shadow Tag.
Wow! New Megas for Tyranitar and Aggron. Tyranitar once agains sports the Sand Stream ability in his mega form, and Mega Aggron picks up Filter, reducing damage taken from super effective attacks.
Mega Aggron apparently also loses its Rock typing and becomes pure Steel, dropping some of its current weaknesses in the process.
Hooray a fire type starter that didn't get fighting! I actually like all three final evolutions this time around which is going to make it hard to choose.
@Rednoc Nivert Do you think everything is instantaneous? The guide for the game has been delayed. Further, they usually don't update it until they have all the movesets and other data available. It's not that they dont know the games are out (They even updated the upcoming games to prove it), its just a matter of having the time and resources to update it.
Vapor, believe it or not i was going to explain that but was limited to the character limit. Once again, I'll refer back to the "Having the time" to update it. I'm pretty sure the people who work/run this site have lives beyond working on this site. Just because they haven't updated it or finished yet doesn't mean they're not aware of it.
@Misca Yeah I know but it gets to a point where things just are totally backed up and it's not good. But at the end of the day we can always just go elsewhere for walkthroughs. But that's not good for this site if we do that.
Just got a Greninja and not to thrilled. The unique move for him, although it always goes first is not that great. Chesnaught doesn't look as bad in game as compared to the image. If it weren't for the quad weakness to flying I would definitely try it. I mean I one-shot the rival's when my flying type was three levels lower and chesnaught is built for defense.
