anyone else think that it looks like victini?

It has the same facial expression in the left picture as Victini's stock art... that's about it, IMO.

I'm all for more Eevolutions, but kinda upset Ninfia doesn't have black eyes...

They haven't had black eyes since the original three.
MAN! I'm excited there's a new Eeveelution, but I was so hoping for a cool type =/
Unless they throw a curve ball and this ends up Steel, I'm betting it's Normal.
Maybe Flying, but that's only because it looks like Skyla kind of.

I'm pretty disappointed in this eeveelution. It doesn't seem to fit in with the rest. And if its normal type you would think it would look a little closer to eevee. I'm wanting to go with spoinkable on this one and think its maybe flying. The other eeveelutions see to embody their types and this seems close to flying with the "ribbons" and the bows look like wings but thats kind of a stretch. Maybe they are introducing something completely different for these games like a "heart" type (like from captain planet) which would be a little lame, but what better way to introduce a new type than with an eeveelution.

They have no chance of introducing a "heart" type. It would have no weaknesses or resistances. I mean how is a bug type going to do damage to a heart pokemon... Or how bout a steel being weak to it? Why would these have anything to do with it. Also new types would just stuff up the type chart even more...

Ninfia actually looks good to me. Although I like its looks I'm holding my breath for it to be worth while using it in game.

I'm gonna guess that Ninfia will be Ninfeon in English.

Does anyone think Ninfia is Eevee+Skitty?
For this reason, I think it's the worst of Eeveelution. Actually, it's not that bad, but don't know, I don't like it... For the type I think it's normal, because of the typical pink, but why not Poison? That would be way lot better! Better than Ice, at least...

I Think Its a Fighting Type Just Look At The Move Its Using And How It Looks

Just because it knows a certain move doesn't mean it is that type. A Fighting type would be unlikely because it looks like more of Flying or Normal. Then again its kinda calling the kettle black by me saying that.

I think its flying because of two reasons involving the ribbons and bows and speculation on a picture.

The ribbons in the Olympics are extremely thing and I mean extremely thin. These are because they can be up to 4 metres long (might be 14 not sure... Can't really think well). They have to thin to be aerodynamic. Aerodynamic ness is needed to fly. This gives the suggestion of a Flying type.

Plus Ribbons and bows are associated with kites.

Why does it have to be a certain type. Isn't Drapion or Gengar a good enough ghost and Poison type.

If its flying, who's to say it isn't better than Pidgey or whatever Normal/Flying pokemon they have in the next region. I'm pretty sure that its the only Flying type that can learn Swift (not entirely) When you've only seen one confirmed move that I knows without the type you can't really decide whether your going to use it.

I have to agree with you, the only way it could be a Ghost Type now would have to be an Angel.

I'm almost 100% sure that Sylveon is going to be a really cute poison type. When you take a closer look you'll see that its bows are sparkling and the colors on its bows end in a poison-like colored pattern.

It's the same with Sylveon's feet. They end in a different color than its body as if that is where the poison is, and its the same with its tail.

Lastly, unlike all the other eeveeloutions, this one has fangs. Again for the idea of poisoning someone with a bite.

this is kind of a random thought but if any quotes are leaked about this new eeveelution saying "This pokemon will fly high with your expectations" (flying) or "This pokemon will stick to the sweet and simple basics" (normal) or "This pokemon will inject more fun into this game" (poison) or "This pokemon will hopefully be your unexpected surprise," (ghost) or something like that then we'll know. its a dumb thought but... XD
