Upcoming Movies, Games, and Events [permalink]

Time to catch up on news. First off, the 14th Movie has been announced for English release. Depending on which version you want to see, there's Pokemon the Movie: Black - Victini and Reshiram and Pokemon the Movie: White - Victini and Zekrom coming out this December. There will also be a limited theatrical release for the films. The two films are nearly identical, except for which legendary co-stars in a given version. For games, the European release date for Super Pokemon Rumble has been set for December 2nd. Yes, this is the same game as Pokemon Rumble Blast in the US and Super Pokemon Scramble in Japan - it seems Nintendo doesn't want to call the game the same thing in any two regions. Upcoming Events for Japan include an Anniversary Mewtwo to celebrate the 1-year anniversary of Black and White's release in Japan. For the US, a Halloween event to obtain Banette has been announced. Note that you must be logged in to an account registered to a country where the event will take place in order to see the announcement. Little details are given, so the Events List will be updated once we know more. In addition, a Birthday Togekiss is available to players worldwide during their birthday month. Simply log in to the Pokemon Trainer's Club to collect yours! Thanks to our forum member Cherrygrove for confirming this for us.

YAY, event pokemon I cant get anymore! I think its time to update my system. Anyways, I wonder why the Banette is so "mysterious"? DW ability or maybe a move it doesnt learn normally? OR since its being released on halloween, A specia lshiny maybe?

I hope the Banette's something good. I like Banette, and will be disappointed if it's nothing special. Just 11 more months till I get my Togekiss!!!!!!!!!!!

@mudkip eez awsome Caps, much? Anyway, I've been considering maybe possibly getting a 3DS, especially after the price drop, and now that there's a Pokemon game out for it, that may have strengthened my opinion on it. Untill now I've been thinking about Ocarina of Time or Star Fox 64.
