Psypoke Idol R1G2 Results [permalink]

I've made a few performance tweaks around the site, and added some more Events to the list. I think I'm going to completely redo how we handle them to make them a bit more accommodating, though. Anyway, Group 2 of Psypoke Idol has ended, and the voting for Group 3 has begun. Here's how last week's 2000 votes broke down. Last week's Top 5 were a group that even Helen Keller could have seen coming, with the winner being Tyranitar, with an 4.2814-star average. Following up were Typhlosion, Rayquaza, Salamence, and Gardevoir. Rounding out the rest of the Top 30 moving on to Round 2 are Dragonair, Gallade, Luxray, Eevee, Entei, Zorua, Kyurem, Totodile, Rapidash, Haunter, Archeops, Excadrill, Bisharp, Walrein, Pidgeotto, Butterfree, Axew, Metang, Lairon, Toxicroak, Servine, Tepig, Sawsbuck (Summer), Dusclops, and Monferno, with a 2.9712-star average to make the cut. Just missing out were Chansey - 2.9547 stars, Victreebel - 2.9202 stars, Poliwhirl - 2.8998 stars, Joltik - 2.8835 stars, and Arceus (Rock) - 2.8801 stars. The Bottom 5 this time were Gulpin, Purugly, Barboach, Luvdisc, and Unown Y, who had a 1.8908-star average. There's already some fierce competition for this week's Top 30, so make so you vote for your favorites. Who do you want to see move on this week, and who should get left behind? Let us know!

I like numbers 5-10 for that round (Gardevoir - Entei). The tops were too predictable... :\ I don't remember who was in group 3 very well, but let's go Houndoom. :) Oh, and I'm kind of interested in how Zubat fairs... I couldn't decide whether to give it a 1 or a 5.

lol thinking Pikachu would ever win a round. I'm amazed it's even advancing right now considering so many people hate it for being popular with little kids.

Good, Rayquaza made it in, now when and if Blaziken makes it this round, and sometime in the future if Mewtwo and Venusaur make it, then I'll have my four favorites advancing to the next round.

@Emerald Master - Well, Blaziken and Mewtwo advancing seem kind of inevitable to me with as popular as they are. I imagine Venusaur will continue just because it's a starter evolution...

I don't think I even voted for Tyranitar, but I think I did give Luvdisc 5 stars. Holy mother of a pizza!!! Look on Serebii's home page!!! Stupid name, though...

Im not trying to be nitpicky here, but how come the two Unova dragons in the events section are level 0? lol and they have fusion bolt and fusion flare.

I hope any Legendary Pokemon wins again. Otherwise, I'm rooting for Summer Sawsbuck, my favorite form of that Pokemon.

@Dragoon_Tycoon Because the official announcement doesn't say what level they're going to be. If I had to guess, I'd say 50, but I'm not putting my own speculation into the database and presenting it as fact.
