Our hosts here at IGN have revealed another batch of various English names.
Pansage has been confirmed as the Grass Monkey Pokemon with the signature Acrobatics attack Victini's name from the magazine the other day is confirmed Deerling is the Season Pokemon with an optional Sap Sipper ability Basculin is known as the Hostile Pokemon in both of its colors Excadrill's name has also been confirmed from the previous posting Swanna retains its Japanese name, with the powerful attack Hurricane Watchog is the Lookout Pokemon Alomomola is confirmed as the Healing Pokemon with the Healer ability Sewaddle is confirmed as the Sewing Pokemon
Additionally, some name cards on the official Cartoon Network site for the upcoming Pokemon: Black and White dub season seem to imply that Iris, the final Gym Leader in Pokemon White, will retain her Japanese name, while Dento, the Grass-type Gym Leader of the first Gym, will be called Cilan. Pokemon: Black and White debuts on February 12 with two episodes, and the Zoroark movie will air a week prior on February 5.
Only 5 weeks remain until the release of Black and White in English. What are you most looking forward to?
We'll make a new Amnesia Attack when all of the English names are known in March. Because mixing the English names for the Pokemon we know right now and Japanese names for the ones we don't would be just strange?
And even though there's list floating around that's pretty much accurate at this point, we still don't know the official spellings of Keldio, Meloetta and Genesect's English names, so no Amnesia Attack.
I'm looking forward to training the appalling cuteness that is Munna. I'm also looking forward to not being accosted by Zubat, Magikarp, and Geodude. Oh, and I'm looking forward to being able to use some new Fire types in-game. Chimchar/Ponyta being practically the only in-game options for DPPt got old fast.
Yay for Iris keeping her name! Cilan.... I'm guessing that's short for cilantro but I'm not sure I like it. I hope Corn and Pod aren't named Chillin and Grillin (cilan chillin and grillin baby!)
And no, there's no reason to make a Gen V AA yet because putting 2 dozen English names and over 100 Japanese names into one would be stupid, since the answers could change at any time up until the release, and WILL definitively change once the games are out.
Mitja: No, we know ~35 English names. The rest are still technically rumors until they're confirmed by official sources, thus they're not getting added to anything on this site. We don't care that all of the names released since "the list" came out are on it.
@Pansage94 - Pansear and Panpour haven't technically been confirmed yet.
...By the way, where is this unofficial list of Pokemon names? I'd quite like to see it, just so I can decide how many of the rumoured names I like. :)
@DarkAriados I know that Pansear and Panpour haven't been confirmed yet. Also, I am just making guesses for Klink's evolutions' English names. I don't have an unofficial list for Pokemon Names. As mentioned before, I'm just making guessesw.

@Pansear94 - I was just saying, Pansear and Panpour will only be added once they've been officially confirmed. (I know you were only guessing Klink's evolutions' names.)
@Mitja - I assumed the link didn't lead to the list itself, because its URL resembled that of a simple announcement about the officially confirmed names... judging a book by its cover, I know, but I don't normally check out links. :/
OK, I'll look at the page and see the list...
...There are quite a lot of names on that list that I like, and some I don't like. Pretty good overall, I think. Thanks for showing me! :)
