Not to detract from the Corocoro Leaks seen below, but there has been some more news.
First off, the semifinals for the GPCT are over, as you should have noticed the ability to vote in the finals - Lance vs. Red. Lance had 8221 votes to Cynthia's 7806. Very close call indeed, and this was the only match in which a character gained a lead and lost it, as Cynthia was winning for a couple of hours on Sunday afternoon. Voting for this final round lasts the remainder of the week.
Next up, there have been some updates to the official Japanese site for Pokemon Black and White. Videos seen earlier as previews on the Everyone's Nintendo Channel are now on the site; you can find them in an older update here.
The official site also added information on a new poll that will begin when Black and White launch in 4 days. From the launch on the 18th until November 1st, users can vote for a Pokemon to appear in the Dream World within the Global Link. The winning Pokemon will then be available from November 5th until the end of January.
With less than 4 days remaining, there's still so much to see about Black and White. What are you most looking forward to? What are you really hoping to see? Keep checking back as we expand our Black and White section and add all the information to the Psydex when the games release!
I say any or all the starters should be in there! and celebi!
@chaz3121 also the name chaz is sweet its my name too. Awesome!!!! I noticed all of the chazs just put their name as their username for everything. lol idky
I have noticed that even though Black/White have American themes, there won't be much in the American versions, like Zorua, Zoroark, and the wining Pokemon dissappering before it comes out here.
I think pokabu will lose a lot of popularity now that his cliche typing has been revealed. Personally, I'm getting Mijumaru. I also think the voting thing should happen again for USA.
Just because there have already been events in Japan for Pokemon doesn't mean there won't be those same Pokes available to us when the games come out here. Sheesh. Actually, I'd be willing to bet we're going to have more events like this one where we get to 'download' Pokes from Wi-Fi. I mean, did you look at this Gen's Wi-Fi updates? Clearly, it's going to be important this time around.
@Graah2 It's funny how you mispell a word in the same post you told someone to learn to spell. Oh and FYI I was joking, acting noob saying ash is the best with pikachu
I like Blaziken, but Infernape cooler than Blaziken. I can't vote... I don't understand those japanese words. And if i understand, it just useless because I never come to any event and I DON"T have a DS. If i have, I will voting for ..... maybe Pikachu
...And chaz3121 - I agree. Let's hold a competition for "Psypoke's Favourite Pokemon that's Useless in Battle" - that'd be really entertaining.
We could put Magikarp on the list, and Feebas, and Luvdisc, and a whole bunch of others that nobody battles with, to find out which one people like the most. :)
