More Complete List of Black and White Pokemon [permalink]

Among all the information from official sources, like the special serial that was just leaked, we also have another set of highly credible, though not official, rumors. From the same source as the starter evolution pictures, Pokexperto, a long list of Pokemon from Black and White have been revealed.

Pokexperto had reported a total 156 Pokemon in Isshu a while ago, and it's now substantially more credible. They recently posted a new list detailing some of the games' legendaries. Given an ever-increasing track record, we're opting to post an updated list of Black and White Pokemon.

The list is not complete, but in the spirit of Black and White being new adventures, we'll collapse the list for those who would prefer a surprise. Click Here to expand it.

Of course, the list hasn't been confirmed by any official sources, but we believe it to be credible enough. With the release only 7 days away, we'll have a complete list imported into the Psydex soon, but if you'd like a sneak preview, this list should do nicely.

What is there to complain about? This is the first game where we have FEWER Legendaries than the last even though there's more new Pokemon than EVER. I'd say less than 10% of the new Pokedex being Legendary is completely reasonable.

@Yog You DID notice the part where this is only a small fraction of the Pokemon, many of them being ones we've already seen, right? There are loads more for which some information has been floating around - types, design inspirations, etc. Plus, there are several more for whom NOTHING is known. I fail to see how you can be "let down" by such a small preview.

@wailord_2 Possibly, but, they left the latest movie to suggest that a disaster occurs twenty years later and if they make enough money with this gen, then we can count on another gen but until then, keep your fingers crossed, I would love to see #666

Wow, a pure Flying type? It'll be nice to finally see one of those. I've always thought that Normal/Flying was a silly typing, at least until I had to face Giratina.
