Pokemon Sunday Reveals "New" Pokemon Yanappu [permalink]

Pokemon Sunday has just revealed a "new" Pokemon. At last, the Pokemon first seen as a figurine has been confirmed, though it looks a bit different than the figurine had implied. To be fair, so did Kibago. Yanappu is a Grass Monkey, has Gluttony, stands at 0.6m tall and weighs in at 10.5kg. In addition to this, there have been other changes since the last news post. The official site for the BW anime has updated with a character profile for Shooti, a Pokemon Photographer from Kanoko Town, the hometown of the player character in Black and White. A promotional trailer also showed new nurse and police officer designs. Our Black and White section is currently being overhauled to be a better collection of what we know so far. Expect many more changes to that part of the site in the coming days. The next video in our HGSS series has also been added, Celadon City Gym: And, don't forget to vote in this week's round of the GPCT! Voting for the current round ends in just under 4 hours. Finally, we are continuing to expand our efforts in social media. You'll notice there are now links to our Facebook and Twitter pages accompanying the RSS feed icon at the top of the main page. We encourage you to take advantage of both of these. The Facebook page includes reminders about ongoing contests and other quick notes from the staff. The Twitter account can be used to let you know when a news update is posted to the site - it automatically updates the moment we post any news - and also to further interact with the staff. You'll also notice a new button next to the Facebook Share button on our news posts. If you have a Twitter account of your own, you can authorize our Twitter app to allow you to send a tweet about any of our news updates. After authorizing the app (a link will open to Twitter where you have to confirm), the Log In button will be replaced with two buttons - Tweet and Log Out. Clicking the Tweet button will update your Twitter with the title and link to the news post you were viewing. And, don't forget to subscribe to us on YouTube for videos from Pokemon Sunday and HeartGold and SoulSilver.

awwww! its sooooooooooo UGLY... i wonder if it was using quick attack in the video? on the bright side its not a duel type. they have WAY to many already.

Infernape, the new nurse and police officer were mentioned in the post. Not much more needs to be added. And here's a thought. Shooti is a Pokemon photographer. You know who else was? Todd. Do you know what happened shortly after Todd was introduced? Pokemon Snap. I am SO hoping for a new one for the Wii. I think it would be so fun!

Im relieved that it didnt turn out as ugly as the Bandai toy it looked like the green dinosuar from Barney, anyway i love everything about he monkey expect maybe the broccli head

now, if it actually DID evolve into a grass type gorilla(no fighting type please), and they gave it a cool physical grass type move, then it would be awesome
