Next up, we've added a list of TMs/HMs and their in-game locations from the games for you. We've also updated the Game Maps to include several more caves, dungeons, and towers to help you navigate through them all on your quest.
Finally, thanks to much hard work on Frost's part, we are proud to present you with a Complete HeartGold and SoulSilver Walkthrough for the sixteen badges. Mt. Silver and other optional areas will be added in the coming days.
We hope you're all enjoying HeartGold and SoulSilver. Keep watching here for even more guides to be added to help you work your way through all these games have to offer.
Great Job on the Walkthrough. Can't wait. I am going @ 9:00 a.m. my time (that is when game stop is opening today it usually opens @ 10:00) and picking it up. getting both games and official strategy guide.
I like the walkthroughs here at Psypokes because they actually cover everything in the games, and I don't have to do a lot of searching like I do on some other sites just to find a little tid-bit of info. Good job!
I totally agree with you. I am going to be using this walkthrough for the second part of the game when I get it. I preordered the strategy guide for the game, but I read that it only covers Johto and not Kanto.
great update of the FAQ.. I see that the European release is 26 of march, the day i return from skiing, so the is something to look forward to at home (I haven't ordered the game but I'll get it in the first store I visit). And the release is just a week before easter, so there is gonna be a couple days off the university. I wonder what I'm going to do with all that spare time :-P
@dcrichard09: I don't mind getting guide books once in a while, but not all of them are good. Nintendo Power used to produce excellent guides for Pokemon games, but those have long since waned from existence from what I've seen. There are countless others, but many miss all of the important details of gameplay or have a lot of the info they do give is only clear to the really seasoned gamers who have been with the series for years or are just too misleading to be of any help at all. For this reason, I turned to the Internet and came across Psypokes.
the Euro release isn't till next friday so to be sure of getting my copy, I preordered it at a danish GameStop and what a nice surprise, besides the figure you get the event Arceus for your DPP game when you're picking up the HGSS game. SWEET!
Im from Finland and i get my game on my birthday...19th of April...Cant wait. But does anyone know what means "one walk" in the pokewalkek? I?ve heard that you can give one level to your pokemon per walk. So is it like you can do one walk per day or one pokemon oer day or can you just move same pokemon to pokewalker and from there back to nds and again to pokewalker and then your pokemon is like level million. Does anyone know?
I like this site much better than serebii or pokebeach. Specially the psydex is REALLY clear.Walkthru is great, but i think im not gonna use it.Or any else walkthru. I think there?s nothing fun in the game if you use walkthru, unless your really bad stuck, like a few weeks. Thats my opinion. But still, if that happens im gonna use your walkthru!!!
@RandomGuy: I agree that Psypoke is thee best online pok?guide but I gotta give credit to serebii and bulbapedia as well. It is tough for one page only to be fully updated e.g. the pok?walker is way more updated on serebii, and even though I know Psypoke is mainly focusing on the videogames, I think bulbapedia has an amazing TCG guide.
Ok fugle your right that serebii has lot more updated HG/SS info, and i do use it sometimes, but have you seen serebii?s psydex? I think its very confusig.I Don't no why, but...
I've gotta admit, since I came across Psypoke's pok?dex I didn't need to look for anything more detailed. I used to google for answers like most people still do but now I check Psypoke for answer and if I can't find it here I google which often leads me to bulbapedie or serebii net. But let's return to the topic for a sec. In that case I have to say, even though every news isn't posted on this site yet, that Psypoke does a great job mak?ng their guides as complete as possible. Thumbs up!
