Happy Valentine's Day to you all. And Happy Chinese New Year! We got you some presents! First off, thanks to a ton of work by Frost, the TCG Section has been completely revamped and now includes a bunch more of the promotional card sets as well as the new HeartGold & SoulSilver expansion that was released last Wednesday. Moving on, in celebration of only one month remaining before the North American release of HeartGold and SoulSilver, a few updates for the new games. First off, a list of Version Exclusives, in keeping with past generations. Up next, we've got a guide for the HeartGold and SoulSilver Battle Frontier! If you've been to the Battle Frontier in the earlier Generation 4 games, you'll find it comfortably familiar. And, to help you find your way around the world of HeartGold and SoulSilver, and to know what to expect along your journey, an Interactive Map for both Johto and Kanto. Finally, if you've ever wondered which chains of types would be equivalent to the starters' Grass/Fire/Water triangle in weaknesses, resistances and immunities to each other, check out the "Type Loop" update at the bottom of the types explanation page. Only one month left before HeartGold and SoulSilver see their English release. Keep watching for some more updates very soon.

I've gotta say. That world map is awesome. Even though the walkthrough isn't here yet you still have a great way to plan your adventure. It's gonna be great. I can't wait for the european release!

Hmm... For the battle chart, isn't there also Dark-Psychic-Fighting?

I was thinkin' the same but no: it's right in the "super effective direction" but in reverse it isn't "not very effective" each time 'cause psychic "doesn't effect" dark at all.

The starter loop can't contain any type that's immune to one of the other two. The Dark type is immune to Psychic attacks.

Uh... we've had Zoroark on the site for days, what would you like us to update about it? Nothing new has been revealed. Updates have neglected to mention the Jirachi event but that's likely because the people updating have forgotten.

hey, for those who want to know, Jirachi is coming out today at gamestop, it has a special event in the new HG & SS games that can only happen with that pokemon!! I'll post later for who long it's going to be out ;)

According to the gamestop website, the Jirachi event will go until the 13th of March (Day before Pokemon HG & SS come out.) If you send over the special Jirachi to HG/SS and then send it to the Pokewalker, you will unlock a special Pokewalker course. (I do not know the exact name.)
