swampert even if rotom isnt a legendary it is a semi-legendary plus it is dumb to have all of its forms advance because they are all basically the same pokemon iwth different types which is the same with arceus but arceus all had the same sprites exept for a little different colored ring so it would make even less sence to put all of the arceus in. the reason all the rotom forms are in is because there are a few of them unlike unknowns where there are 28 of them with only one move to learn. So yes only orginal rotom should go through because its the original all the others are just different forms. I dont think ALL of them or deoxys should go through because they are the same with different stats and movepools but at least the orginal or at least one of them should get through.

forms are the same type. Two, they are in the dex
as alternate forms unlike Arceus. Three, unown are
different because of IVs, but rotom is because of
doing a specific set of seps. Four, why are you
complaining about rotom and deoxys but not the
other legendary forms like Giratina and Skymin or
the other things like castform and shellos/
gastrodon/burmy/wormadam? Anf five, have they
all made it?

I, personally, only voted 5s for Defense Deoxys and Frost Rotom.
Believe it or not, I prefer those to the original formes.
However, the fact still remains that Skymin is dumb, and Wormadam is crappy no matter which way you slice it.

Swampert, I didn't call Rotom a legendary, I said I rated him a 1, the same as legendaries, a.k.a. just like legendaries - lemme rephrase it:

How come noone has noticed the 12th movie is coming out today? and the only thing making rotom a semi-legendary is that it has legendary battle music. Its just as legendary as arcanine and gyarados and milotic and things like that that say in their dex data that they are in legends or some quality is legendary.

Rotom is NOT f*cking legendary. God, people. Just because the legendary music plays that does not mean a THING. Does the legendary music play for Shaymin or Cresselia? No. Does that mean they aren't legendary? No. Does the music play for Rotom? Yes. It's called a joke.

And while you only get "one" Rotom per game, you also happen to be able to breed Rotom, which can be done with no other Legendary Pokemon (spare me the Manaphy stuff). And Nintendo doesn't even consider Rotom legendary even they DO consider Phione legendary.

frsot u are right rotom isnt a legendary and manaphy is a whole different thing because in my opinion its dumb because it can breed but its egg is a phione that doesnt turn into manaphy. legendarys are normally game based like ruby-groundon crystal-suicine and so on but they are hard to get in other versions so they are considered legendary. All ive been trying to say in my comments is that legends and semi-legends (semi-legends are like tyranitar,rotom,metagross,ect because even though they are breedable and can be found in the wild unevolved and they are very strong and ect.) are over-rated (including charizard) and everyone thinks are best exept for few people. lisen people just because legends are ''legendary'' doesnt mean they are the best. if i had a decent tauros it could probably beat half the legends and over-rated pokemon. Most of the under-rated or unused pokemon like jynx,shuckle,gligar,ect have that title because of the way people think of them. Some people would say jynx

How the hell is Rotom even "semi-legendary?" God. The only damn thing legendary about it is the music playing when you encounter it, and that's MEANT TO BE A JOKE. Rotom is never said to be legendary, doesn't have legendary stats, doesn't have power over anything like legendaries do, is able to breed, is able to be used in Battle Tower/Wi-Fi, etc., etc., etc. until the end of the time. Actually, I just mean that because a lot of people rate legends really high doesn't mean other people should automatically give them 1's. Its just as bad to give automatic 1's as it is to give automatic 5's.

I tend not to pay attention to anything that was written by someone with the grammar and maturity of a 7-year-old.

I just think legendaries are overrated...I just don't like pokemon that are automatically powerful such as Mewtwo. When people decide to brag because they won using Mewtwo it's like..."yeah...you used Mewtwo...there's a good chance you'd have won anyway" I just preffer weaker pokemon like Bug and some Poison-types...not to say they're all weak, but just one's you'd actually need to raise. Legendaries are glorified because they can be caught, taught a few TM's and just dominate off that.

Rotom, however, does not fit that criteria. Only one can be caught, but it can breed and it actually needs to be raised because it's stats aren't automatically good. IT IS NOT A LEGEND. It is, as i preffer to call them, an "exclusive".

Yeah, its pretty annoying with people using things like Mewtwo, especially with EV trained legends cause then they're even stronger. But after all, a level 1 FEAR rattata can kill a level 100 EV trained Arceus.
