Round 1 Results; Round 2 Now Up [permalink]

The results for Round 1 of PsyPoke Idol 2 can be found here, and you can start voting for Round 2 at that page too. Voting, again, is open all week. Round 1 had a pretty decent turn-out, with 1775 votes cast altogether. The top 10 in this round included Charizard, Metagross, Skymin, Cyndaquil, Ninetales, Electivire, Magmortar, Flareon, Heatran and Crobat. Pokemon just missing the top 20 advancement cut-off were Cacturne, Octillery, Wigglytuff (:(!), Cherrim and Hariyama. I'm not very pleased about the results. I'm sort of happy for Skymin, Cyndaquil, Flareon, and maybe Ninetails, meh. Love the Slowpoke/bro/king banner. <3

Although not one of my favorite Pokemon, I'm proud of Ninetales for doing so well. <3 I gave Burmy, Kyogre, Pachirisu, Purugly, and Weavile 1's, lol :(

Metagross, Electivire, Magmortar, Heatran, Marshtomp, and Grotle all should NOT have made the top 20, IMO. Oh well.

I voted, and I really don't remember how I voted. Most of the top 20 I'm happy about, and I've also voted for Round 2 already. But I'm not sure how the staff came up with 512 Pokemon. No possible combination of alternate forms I've tried worked out to 512...

Well, with the following combination you can get to 512: Castform, Deoxys, Burmy, Wormadam, Cherrim, Rotom, Giratina and Shaymin.

despite his awesomeness i would be disappointed if charizard wins. im gonna be rooting for the underdogs. and legendaries are dumb in general.
