Firstly I've added the three missing XD tutors to the Psydex and Techdex. They are Nightmare, Selfdestruct and Sky Attack. A quick list can also be found under the Pokemon XD section's Move Tutors page. Another big update is for the Mystery Dungeon section. sN0wBaLL has written up a guide on Friend Areas, and to complement that, I've created a map of the Friend Areas which lists each area, along with a brief description, how it can be obtained, and the Pokemon which inhabit the area. A couple more Dungeon guides to come, including one on Mail and one on IQ Skills.
