POKEMON FIRE RED AND LEAF GREEN MYSTERY GIFT

If you're very observant, you'll notice a small clipboard on the counter of every PokeMart around the Kanto region. Upon examining it, you'll get a chance to fill out four words of your liking. To activate Mystery Gift, simply put in the following four words:

LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL

The PokeMart attendant will talk a little bit about Mystery Gifting and then the next time you save and reset, you'll be able to use it.

Mystery Gifting is only for the transfer of rare items at a Nintendo Event. It does not function the same way as it did in Gold, Silver and Crystal. For more information about Nintendo Events, check out our guide.
