POKEMON FIRE RED AND LEAF GREEN WALKTHROUGH

In order to get to Four Island, Floe Island, you must have the National Dex from Prof Oak - get this by beating the Elite Four, and have 60 Pokemon in your Pokedex. Now go talk to Celio in One Island's PokeCenter, and this will open up a cave to the north.

You'll find this on Mt Ember where you found Moltres - from where the Explosion Move Tutor is, head east to find two Rockets guarding a cave opening.

Enter the cave and follow the path around - make sure you've bought along someone with Strength. You'll notice that you can find wild Slugma in this cave as well. When you come to a fork in the road, head south (The east path leads to the exit) and you'll come to a room of Braille messages with information concerning the Ruby and Sapphire gems. Continue on, and you'll find the Ruby gem. Return it to Celio, and you'll get the Rainbow Pass which allows passage to Four, Five, Six and Seven Island.

The smallest island, Four Island's main landmarks are the Breeding Center, and Icefall Cave. Head into Icefall Cave.

You'll see some light blue tiles that will crack when you step over them - the second time you stand on them, it'll break and you'll fall through to the next level. The puzzles are quite easy, your objective is to get to the bottom-right ledge which holds HM07 - Waterfall. Once you've got this, exit the current area and head up the waterfall near the entrance. You'll see Lorelei fending off some Rockets and she'll invite you to join in the fray.

Lorelei will squeeze some info out of the Rockets and they'll leak the location of their hideout. Although it's located on Five Island, head to Six Island first. If you remember what the Rockets at Mt Ember said, you need two passwords, and you currently only have one ("Goldeen need log").
