#3 :: Kin Island

If you haven't seen the man in Two Island's Game House, do so before coming to this island. Head north from the PokeCenter and answer the top option to engage in consecutive battles with the bikers. (You won't have time to heal in between).
They'll leave when you beat them and you're free to explore the town. Talk to the two guys who you've just rescued to get a Full Restore. Check out the Mart while you're here, there's some useful items. Head west and follow Bond Bridge to the forest (You'll want someone with Cut and Surf).
The path isn't extremely difficult to follow, but there are many items to get (Use Surf). You'll eventually spot a little girl at a dead end in the northwest corner of the forest - talk to her and you'll be attacked by a lv30 Hypno. When you've beaten it, you'll receive an Iapapa Berry, and be taken back to Two Island. The Mini Games in the Game House will now be enabled. Remember that Meteorite from Bill? Hand it to Lostelle's father and he'll reward you with a Moon Stone.
There's not much more you can do if you haven't beaten the Elite Four. Islands Four, Five, Six and Seven will be unlocked once you've completed this task, so to get back to Cinnabar Island, go to One Island's PokeCenter and Bill will escort you back to Kanto. You can visit anytime by visiting the port at Vermilion City.
#3 :: Kin Island - After The Elites
Right by the port is the entrance to a tunnel. Previously there was a man here in a small room - after beating the Elites, however, the room has extended into a long passageway that leads to a patch of grass where you can find wild Dunsparce.
