POKEMON FIRE RED AND LEAF GREEN WALKTHROUGH
Route 12
Head to Lavender (if you aren't there already) and take the south exit. Head down the bridge, right and down into the Trainer House. Head upstairs and talk to the lady, she will give you TM27 - Return. Go back downstairs and exit south. Go down, right and down to the first trainer:
Now there is a small island to the right of the screen, be sure to come back later when you have Surf and go out to retrieve it. It contains TM48 - Skill Swap. Continue following the path to the next three trainers:

Next up is a 2 vs. 2 battle:
 South of them is Snorlax. Make sure you are stocked up on balls to catch him. When you are ready head over to Snorlax and press A. Choose Yes and your Pokeflute will wake up the Level 30 Snorlax. He is a challenge to catch. He will use Rest when his health is low which puts him to sleep and he regains health. And while he is asleep he can still use attacks! Now be warned: there are only two Snorlax in the whole game! If you have defeated the other you should try to catch this one. If you find catching a Snorlax very difficult, defeat one and leave the other and then catch the other one later in the game when you have better balls.
 After the battle, stand on the locations where Snorlax was and use the Itemfinder to get Leftovers.
 Now continue south and enter the building. Talk to the man, say Yes to him and he will give you a Super Rod. The best in the game! You can now go fishing in most areas with water and catch water Pokemon! Continue to the right to the next trainer:
Continuing south you will find an enclosed area with a trainer and an item. Cut the tree down and take on the trainer:
Grab the item - Iron and continue on to the next trainer:
I pity anyone who decides to fight this guy :( Anyway, continue south and you'll find a grassy area which can be accessed with Cut. See above for which Pokemon can be caught here. Continue down onto Route 13.
Route 13, Route 14 and Route 15
Continue south on to the next three trainers:
After her you will get to a maze like area. Take the lowest path first and head all the way to the left and grab the hidden item around here - a PP Up. Head back to the start and fight the Beauties at the top, the one on the right listed first:
From here head left to fight the Picnicker:
Head around to the other Picnicker to the left of her:
Now head up and to the right and use Cut on the bush if you want to catch any Pokemon in this area. (I highly suggest Ditto for breeding purposes later on). If you do, return to the Picnicker above. Otherwise simply continue left from here and fight the next trainer:
From him, head back to the right and then up, all the way to the trees. The path goes separate ways here, take the path to the left and fight the next Bird Keeper:
All the way to the left of him is another Bird Keeper:
South of the Bird Keeper with the Pidgey and Spearow and east of the Bird Keeper above is a Biker:
From the Biker head to the right (and onto Route 14) to fight a Bird Keeper:
From this Bird Keeper head down, to the right and down out of the maze where two Bird Keepers are waiting, the one on the left listed first:
Heading south you'll find another two:
To the left of the bottom one is a 2 vs. 2 battle:
Head north of these two into a little enclosed area with four Bikers, the three on the left are listed first from bottom to top, the one moving up and down listed last:
North of these guys is another grassy area with the same Pokemon as Route 13. So head back down to the twins and head to the left onto Route 15. There are two different paths here, the top has three battles and the bottom has eight. All trainers can be skipped if you want to and are skilled enough to pass them. The top path are:
Be sure to grab TM18 - Rain Dance to the left of her. Now the bottom row, from right to left:
 Now continue to the left, and enter the building. Head upstairs, and if you have caught 50 or more Pokemon Prof. Oak's Aide will give you EXP. Share.
Head back downstairs and exit to the left and head into Fuchsia City.
