POKEMON FIRE RED AND LEAF GREEN WALKTHROUGH
Route 16
Fly back to Celadon City and head west out where we obtained the Fly HM. If you haven't obtained Fly yet, walk back to Celadon and then obtain it by using Cut on the Bush above Snorlax.
When you are ready head over to Snorlax and press A. Choose Yes and your Pokeflute will wake up the Level 30 Snorlax. He is a challenge to catch. He will use Rest when his health is low which puts him to sleep and he regains health. And while he is asleep he can still use attacks! Now be warned: there are only two Snorlax in the whole game! So be sure to save before and take lots of Pokeballs to try and catch him. If you find this really hard you can defeat it for now or run away and then catch the other one later in the game.
After the battle, stand on the locations where Snorlax was and use the Itemfinder to get Leftovers.

After getting the Leftovers head into the trainer house and go upstairs. Talk to Prof. Oak's Aide and if you have 40 or more Pokemon he will give you an Amulet Coin.

Head back downstairs and to the left to some trainers. If you don't have a Bicycle you won't be allowed onto this route, so go and get one from Cerulean or take the other Route to Fuchsia. Here are the trainers in the order they appear (from right to left):
Weezing |
Level 33 |
| Money Earned: P660 |
After beating this last trainer head down and you will head down a steep hill racing on your bike!
Route 17 and Route 18
On this Route you will go without pressing anything unless you press the brake button - B. There are two trainers first up, cycling up and down, the one on the left is listed first:
Here the path splits into two paths. Taking the left fork here are the trainers:
Muk |
Level 33 |
| Money Earned: P660 |
The left fork now branches into two forks, there is nothing down the right fork so here is the left:
(The right sandy fork rejoins here so all it does is skips the trainer above.) Next up is another trainer cycling up and down:
Below him is where the two paths rejoin. Now covering the right hand fork from above:
Machoke |
Level 33 |
| Money Earned: P792 |
The final trainer on the Cycling Road cycles back and forth between where the two paths meet:
Head south and onto Route 18. Head left and into the building. The boy upstairs wants to trade his Lickitung for your Slowbro if you are playing LeafGreen or your Golduck if you are playing FireRed. Exit the building and head south into the little grass area. This grass has the same Pokemon as Route 17.
There are three trainers listed in this order: top left, middle, right.
Dodrio |
Level 34 |
| Money Earned: P816 |
Head out of this area and to the right into Fuschia City. Now I will cover the bridge route into Fuchsia City.
