Official GSC Forum Rules

Excessive SPAM has caused me to post a set of rules. Sorry, kids.

1. Concerning polls
Polls are not bad, but they become SPAM when the same question is asked over and over in multiple forms. The same goes for polls with ridiculous and unneeded questions. Topics like, "What is your favorite Pokemon out of these?" are no longer allowed and will be deleted. Also, polls with no real intelligence or sense behind them (eg; "What evolution stone is best?", "What stat is your favorite?") have no potential to bring up anything but SPAM and will be deleted. 2. Flaming
Do not flame other members. Flaming consists of anything that could be considered rude. Be careful with sarcasm or humor; when using sarcasm or humor be sure to make sure the member you are saying to has a way of knowing you are not serious (:P is your friend!).

3. Language
Don't use language in this forum, and that includes using Shift + a number to edit out a letter. PsyPoke was designed to be a family-friendly place. Any posts with language will be either edited or deleted. This includes homosexual slurs, which, fortunately, has never been a problem in this forum.

4. Trolling
Trolling is the art of posting a message intended to cause someone else to get angry with you and flame you. If you get flamed as a result of a troll, don't come crying to us mods because you will get in trouble as well.

5. Let the mods moderate.
If you see a post or thread that is against the rules, please do not lecture the member responsible for it. The moderators can and will take care of it. If you see a post or thread that is against the rules and it stays for several days, then please PM a moderator with a link to the offending post or thread included and necessary action will be taken.

Those are the rules. Following them is simple; breaking them will result in a warning delivered via PM. Multiple occasions of broken rules will result in banning. I'm sure we won't have a problem with this, as members of PsyPoke tend to be well-behaved.

And we are not afraid to edit or delete posts!
