Currently it seems that all of the RS Pokemon will be available in Emerald, though I've not checked the Psydex yet. For more accurate information we would have to wait until the game is released. Hope this answers your queries.

personally i doubt that every pkmn would be available in emerald actually. for the past two generations nintendo has been smart enough to design the 3 versions in such a way that you can't get all the pokemon in 1 game and you'd need to buy multiple GB games.

nah, i think GBA cartridges can hold quite a lot of information... i mean look at those pirated multi-game ones, they have things like Ruby/ Sapphire, FR/LG, LOTR, Harry Potter and Shrek 2 all in 1... personally i still think its to earn more money.

because I know darn well Im not buying a game cube just to get a few extra god dang pokemon... its frickin ridiculus... if nintendo can make a game cartridge with all the pokemon in it, then do it... cause I for one ain't buying there smutty Gamecube... and a slew of extras, just so I can nab my fav dark type, much as it pains my heart... nope, will not do it... maybe a link cable, so's i can get all my dragon types over to firered, but, that , is , it..... i hate big businness and all those who stand up for them. Bah Humbug.

Edit: How about you try and show a little decency on this board and not flame people for having an opinion. Watch your tongue.

I think Nintendo will never do every pokemon in 1 Game without trading.

Nintendo always makes you buy at least 2 games.

I remember the RBY Days (well not exactly RBY Days since Gold was my first game) There were only starters, fossil and a couple other pokes that you couldn't get in a game, but you could trade from another R/B/Y to get the rest.

Now it's R/S/E/FR/LG/C just to get even close to a full pokedex.

it's the rare pokemon that I have the most problem with. I mean, there REALLY has to be a simpler way to do it. Not everyone has/wants an E-Reader, and not everybody has time to/wants to go to a Nintendo event. Granted, the events are fun, but I still have other, more important, things to do. If they did it in a similar way as getting Ho-oh, that'd be great. At least do it with a popular game, not Pokemon Channel or something like that. I actually like the challenge of getting Ho-oh. I'd like getting a Jirachi or a Ticket to the otherwise inacessable Sevii Islands by, for example, beating a Gamecube Statium/Colosseum game's Battle Tower. There's no fun in waiting in line for a pokemon, getting it, then decimating all the 8 year olds that think their Charizard is hot stuff (no pun intended) or conversing with the Nintendo "gym leaders".

They just need to go about the whole "unobtainable pokemon" thing a different way....
