i have a question about the dvs and hidden power modifier system. read the guide and if i understand it correctly, if a pokemon has dv values of

attack: 15, defense: 13, speed: 15, special: 15

it would yield an ice-type hidden power with base damage of 70.

question is do hp-ups, calcium, carbos, protein, iron affect the dv values? what exactly is stat experience?

i have a gameshark (gbc) and silver version, but the two codes listed for dv modifier with the shark on the site arent really clear on how the dvs will be modified with hexadecimals. how do i manipulate it so that attack, speed, and special are all maxed out dvs (15), but defense is a dv of 13 for an ice-type hidden power?

well, there is no way to modify DVs ingame. The HP ups and Calcium and whatnot simply increase stat exp.

As for gameshark, I don't use it, so I'm not exactly familiar with it. sorry.
