or look at the psypoke walktrhoughs.
If you mean how do you get pikachu to surf, you need to link it up to Pokemon Stadium 1 via a transfer pak.

yer go in to psypoke walkthroughs and it should show u a map through the safari zone all the way the secret house where u will get th HM 3 surf
