{gyarados} @;leftovers
Jolly Nature

Earthquake, Aerial Ace/HP Flying, Dragon Dance, HP Rock/Taunt

{salamence} @;leftovers
Modest Nature

Dragon Claw, Fire Blast, Hydro Pump, HP Electric

Old double intimidate strategy. This can throw teams off guard sometimes as they usually expect Salamence to be a dragon dancer as well.

I might be absent a few times until Thursday. I got cousins over and I am stuck babysitting. Oh well, life is life.

Here is a new team....

{jynx} @ Quick Claw
Ability: Oblivious

Moves
Blizzard
Psychic
Calm Mind
Fake Tears

{glalie} @ Quick Claw
Ability: Inner Focus

Moves
Ice Beam
Crunch
Hail
Water Pulse

This team is mainly for taking down all ice weak opponents. With Hail they are safe from that. With Fake Tears the two can do more damage. In case of a Fire or Rock type on the field Glalie can use Water Pulse to take them down.

{aggron}
surf - earthquake - thunderbolt - double-edge

{skarmory}
aerial ace - spikes - sandstorm - toxic

it's a TSSer's team whith aggron at the back taking the defence skarmory is TSSing the enimie's and earthquake dosen't do damage to skarmory. it is a TSSer and weakness coverer team.

P.S. the traits aren't too usful.

instead of having the abilitys like this

could you have it like this so people can just look down at the side and go "that's a three star ability" or "i dont want that ability it sucks, BAD"

I got some new teams

{groudon} @ Charcoal
Ability: Drought

Moves
Solar Beam
Eruption
Mud Shot
Rest

{castform} @ Miracle Seed
Ability: Forecast

Moves
Solar Beam
Weather Ball
Shadow Ball
Toxic

This is my Sunny Day team. Groudon's ability changes Castform to a fire type and makes Weather Ball to a Fire attack. Both can use the powerful attack, Solar Beam at no charge (get it! :P ). With Rest Groudon can make a fresh new start if weaken, and will make Eruption powerful since his HP must be high. Toxic helps weaken the opponent, and Shadow Ball is just another attack to help out when facing a ghost or psychic pokemon. Groudon's item makes Eruption stronger, and the Miracle Seed makes Castform's Solar Beam stronger.

{kyogre} @ Magnet
Ability: Drizzle

Moves
Thunder
Ice Beam
Hydro Pump
Calm Mind

{castform} @ Magnet
Ability: Forecast

Moves
Thunder
Weather Ball
Shadow Ball
Toxic

This is my Rain Dance team. The same way with the Sunny Day team, Drizzle will make Castform a water type, and Weather Ball a water attack. With both of them carring Magnets and with the rain their Thunders will be both accurate and powerful. They are a terror to water and flying types. With Calm Mind all of Kyogre's attacks will be bad news for the enemy. Shadow Ball works on ghost and psychic, and Toxic badly poisons the enemy.

Yay! Thank you, Groudon King, for the teams with Castform. This should keep the teams more interesting to read. Thank you again.

I don't know if this has been asked, but I was wondering which moves cut the damage in half but still affect both and which move doesn't?

Sweepage:

Swampert@Leftovers
[Adamant nature]
252 Att, 129 HP, 129 Sp Def
- Earthquake
- Brick Break
- Rock Slide
- Curse

Charizard@Salac Berry
[Timid nature]
252 Spd, 252 SAtt, 6 HP
- Flamethrower
- Dragonclaw
- Sunny Day
- Substitute

Takes care of about anything, except the Gengar/Dugtrio set I posted. Charizard makes use of Blaze + Sunny Day.

{torkoal}@Leftovers
Heat Wave
Amnesia
Iron Defense
Rest

{cacturne}@Leftovers
Toxic
Leech Seed
Ingrain
Giga Drain

A defensive team, with two Pokemon that are not really commonly used. Toxic both opponents to deal damage. Leech Seed, Ingrain and Giga Drain heals Cacturne while Torkoal tanks with Amnesia, Iron Defense and Rest. Then patiently wear down the opponent with Toxic while attacking with Heat Wave and Giga Drain.

I really like that team, especially how you use those 2 Pokemon. Granted, Ice Beam and Surf can wear you down if you don't set up fast enough, considering Torkoal is very slow, but it can really annoy a lot of people.

Here is a new one.....

{shiftry} @ Twisted Spoon
Ability: Early Bird

Moves:
Giga Drain
Faint Attack
Extrasensory
Growth

{golduck} @ Nevermeltice
Ability: Damp

Moves:
Hydro Pump
Ice Beam
Psychic
Psych Up

At the start of the battle Shiftry uses Growth, and Golduck uses Psych Up so their Special Attack grows. Thanks to Golduck's Damp ability they are safe from the really powerful attacks that would do massive damage. If the opponent as a fire pokemon Golduck can take care of that. It would be best to use Growth/Psych Up every other one or two turns until their strenghth is maxed.

{snorlax}@Leftovers |Adamant|
Belly Drum
Rest
Return
Brick Break

{gardevoir}@Shell Bell |Modest|
Calm Mind
Psychic
Thunderbolt
Will-o-wisp

Snorlax is weak against Fighting types, and Return can't hit Ghosts. Gardevoir is weak against Ghost types, Dark types and Bug types. Psychic will cover Snorlax's weakness to Fighting types, while Brick Break covers Dark types. So they actually cover each other's weaknesses. Also, this is designed for major sweeping. Gardevoir is a special sweeper while Snorlax is a physical sweeper. Will-o-wisp is to annoy, and to lower the opponents' Attack, as extra protection for Gardevoir (who has a weak Defense).

It looks good, except for:

Shadow Ball actually inflicts 1/2 damage against Dark types.
Belly Drum is too risky on Snorlax; low Defense is a risk to Cross Chops and Focus Punches.

Sorry about the wrong information about Shadow Ball. I've edited my post, and replaced Shadow Ball with Brick Break. Ghost types will be handled by Gardevoir in this case.

Belly Drum may be risky to Cross Chops and Focus Punches, but if one does encounter a Fighting type, use Gardevoir to KO the foe using Psychic, and do not Belly Drum first.

Yay, it looks good. Of course, it doesn't mean that only Fighting Pokemon use Focus Punch, but generally it's a good set.

{venusaur}@Leftovers
Modest
Petal Dance
Toxic
Leech Seed
Hidden Power Water

{ninetales}@Leftovers
Modest
Safeguard
Confuse Ray
Heat Wave
Faint Attack/Attract

Looks odd, eh? Leech Seed+Toxic+Confuse Ray already makes for some annoyance. Safeguard, then Petal Dance, which is Venusaur's strongest Grass move not called Solarbeam (it being predictable), to block the confuse effect. HP Water also gets rid of their Fire/Ground/Rock weaknesses. Heat Wave strikes both opponents. Either go with Attract for more annoyance, or Faint Attack in case you're worried about running out of Heat Waves, plus Ninetales' movelist is really too small.
