I know this is a really short fan fic but here it is anyway:


Ash's new Pokemon
narrator:It all started out one day in kanto...
Ash:I need to get my first badge in the hohen region so I can be a Pokemon master!
Brock:Ash, I think you need more pokemon than just tailow and pikachu so why don't we go check out that cave over there? there's bound to be some wild pokemon in there.
May:i'm with brock.
Max:me too
Ash:ok then we're off to that cave to catch wild pokemon!
So then our heros went to the cave to catch pokemon.
Brock:it says here in the guidebook that this cave is know for dittos and maybe even legendary pokemon.
Max:oh boy a wild houndour! are you going to catch it ash?
Ash:naw. i already have a lot of fire pokemon so i don't really need it.
Max:suit yourself.
Ash:what's that noise over there?
Brock:it might be a wild pokemon.
Ash sneaks up quietly and looks down expecting to find a little pokemon but instead he is looking at his feet!
Ash:(stammering)Uh-oh
Brock:what is it?
Ash:i-it is Mewtwo!
Brock:yah!!! lets get out of here!
May:i'm going to try and catch it. Go torchic!!!
Torchic:torchic-tor
May:use ember attack!
Ash:that won't do any good against mewtwo, he might be the strongest pokemon!
May:why isn't torchic doing anything?
Ash:it's too scared to attack it.
May:torchic, return!
Ash:Pikachu, thunder!!!
Pikachu:pi-ca-chuuuuu!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pikachu unleaches a powerful electric on mewtwo. A big dust gathers.
Ash:did i hurt it?
Brock:not very likely ash.
When the dust settles mewtwo is standing ther, undaunted.
Ash:why didn't i hurt it?
Brock:it probably made a barrier to protect itself.
Ash:oh.
Brock:now it's my turn! Forretres i chose you!!! Forretress, explosion!!!
Again the dust settles and mewtwo is not even phased by the attack. Mewtwo then unleashes with a powerful psychic attack and just annilates them, so they go back to the pokemon center to plan.
Ash:i'm going to get a pokemon from professor oak to try to catch that mewtwo.
May, Brock, and Max:ok
When ash comes back he has his snorlax, squirtle from officer jenny, and his bayleef.
Ash:i'm going back to the cave ok guys?
May, Brock, and Max:ok ash, well wait here.
So then ash goes back to the cave to battle mewtwo in hopes of capturing it. Ash soon finds him and starts to battle him...
Ash:go squirtle! go snorlax! go bayleef! go pikachu! go tailow!
Ash has all his pokemon out so he might be able to battle mewtwo effectly when...
Ash:charizard! it's you!
Charizard:awooooo!
Ash:squirtle, hydro pump! bayleef, solarbeam! charizard, flamethrower! snorlax, hyper beam!!!!
They all attack mewtwo and mewtwo is on the ground, weakend.
Ash:finish him off!
Ash:pokeball, go!!!!!
The red light flashes on and off and mewtwo somehow pops out!!
Ash:no way!!! lets try a master ball professor oak gave me. Pokeball go!
The red light flashes on and off but it finally stops.
Ash:i caught, a Mewtwo!!!!
Later that day ash goes to the gym to try to get his first badge and ash's first two pokemon had been defeated by the gym leaders last pokemon, bagon.
Ash:(thinking to himself) if i put out mewtwo, will he obey me? (out loud) mewtwo i choose you!!!
Brock:(astonished) you caught him?!!!!
Ash:flashes the peace sign.
Gym leader:no way!!!!!
Ash:Mewtwo, confusion!!!
The battle swiftly wins and ash and mewtwo soon become best friends.
Ash:you did great, mewtwo.
Mewtwo:mew-two
May:i can't believe that you caught him, ash.
Ash:me too.

Honest criticism?

In terms of spelling and grammar, you butchered the English language.

For plotline, well, you stuck to what you intended to do, and added a little something extra in the end.

Mewtwo was out of character, though. Unless I missed something, he was capable of speaking like a regular person and not just saying his name.

How can you be mad and happy in the same post? But in all honesty, I pretty much agree with KFantasy017. And why not Psychic instead of pathetic Confusion? And you never even added a "The End." at the end of your fanfic....

Thanx for the tips. oh yeah, i forgot to tell you that i wrote that one like, 6 years ago and gave it to the pokemon tower website then left it there. That was back when i thought confusion was cooler than psychic. (for some odd reason)

How could of you wrote about it 6 years ago?May was'nt in the anime then.And Ruby or Sapphire was'nt out.If you wrote it 6 years ago thats 1999.I give the story 3/5.
