I'm looking for a team of a good fire,thunder,psychic and I need good movsets for all of them and a good moveset for Lapras.

It's according which pokemon you like and what movesets fell comfotable for you.

If you need more help try PMing a few members for suggestions or you could look at the standard movesets guide on the main page here at psypoke.
