Now that i think about it, steel-fighting types is the making of a great pokemon. High atk, def, and HP. thats wonderful. And "mirror Coat won't work. YES!!!!!!! thats the trouble with mirror coat destroys it>
Rukario is now even more awesome!!!!

The problem is that mewtwo is a psychic type and rukairo is a steel and fighting, rukairo has a dissadvantage but its all about startergy once I defeated a level100 blaziken in the battle tower with my sceptile

thats just it, if rukario can learn a ghost or dark move that would be wonderful. If it learns mirror coat, even better. However, against a or any powerful psychic, water, fire types, if i can get it, i would prepare it in any way possible for it. There is always a way to prepare. Grass can beat fire. water can beat electricity. its just depends on the skill. it is at a dis-advantage. But so was your sceptile. And so was my against a and yet it came through for me.

Actually Rukario doesn't have a type disadvantage against Mewtwo, he' STEEL/Fighting stell is resistant to Psychic so he'll take normal damage from psychic attacks and anyway, from rukario's apearance he seems like he will be able to learn at least one dark move (I'm hoping he can learn crunch but it may just be faint attack.) And not to crush ideas of people, just because he's got spikes dosn't make the whole steel thing make sense, some pokemon have spikes and aren't steel-types.
And who nows maybe that beam thing that rukario's holding might be a steel attack, but I think that he's probably going to learn psychic and shadow ball so it might be one of those. Maybe it's hidden power, it's possible.

Im pretty sure its not hidden power. I doubt that blue ball is fighting, fighting-types have no projectile beams. Im pretty sure its steel. thank you SF for telling me it will take normal damage. there will be new dark moves. have you seen all the shadow moves in XD . im pretty sure those are dark. The spike thing is true, has spikes (on its arms) and its just grass. they should make more dark moves. rukario looks like it will learn shadow ball. I dont think it will learn crunch, it doesnt have the jaws it needs to crunch down on an enemy. it looks like he could learn psychic cause if you read Serebii's REALLY LONG Synopsis he can channel wave energy . Psychic is sorta wave enrhgy cause you fire little blue waves at the enemy.

I wish Rukario was part water. But then again, I refuse to play D/P. I always thought Mawile was Dark because of the mouth thingy on it's head. ^_^

Well, I want to play D/P, but first of all, I refuse to get Nintendo DS because it's a waste of money. Maybe when it lowers it's price. I'm not going to get a DS because I don't want to pay 70+/- $ when my GBA is perfectly fine. That's what I said when they came out w/the SP. If D/P were on GBA, then I would definitely pay (for the game) it.

It seems like a really cool game and all, but I have better things to spend my money on. I start school on Monday, and that means football games will be every Friday. To me, that's more sensible.

I'd get a job if I had the time. I just started school and most of my classes are Honors, which give me alot of homework. And then I have Dance class at the studio which I go to 4 times a week. I would love to work at the Library, I love it there! But I'm a sophomore in High School, and this summer I'm gonna take a college course online. So I have no time. ^_^' And Lintaro:
Your too young to have a job, so you don't have to worry about it.
Anyway, whether or not you have a job, it's still a waste of money. I may end up getting a DS sometime in the future.

Not really. is good just to have fun, or when you travel. Its not a waste of money if you know you can support yourself for a little while after.

They are covering 2 types that they haven't covered yet for Legendaries all in one Pokemon with Rukario, which I think is a good thing. I like type combos where one is vulnerable to the other.
Hopefully they create some newer and better Fight and Dark moves for Rukario to learn or else he's just gonna be like so many underpowered Dark Pokemon whose movesets are best with everything BUT Dark... I'd totally hate to see his recommended moveset be something like this...
Rukario
@Whatever
Nature: Blah
Sky Uppercut
Toxic
Protect
Roar
:roll: What what? No Dark move recommended? Boooooring.
Hopefully it will be like this...
Rukario
@Whatever
Nature: Blah
Awesome new Dark move
Awesome new Fight move
Cool stat boosting or recovery move #1
Cool stat boosting or recovery move #2
Much Better.
PS I'd like to see some newer and better Dark and Steel moves in the new game, too, but that's another story.

Aha! I have realized that Steel/Fighting is in fact a very fitting type for Rukairo, as is the title of "Wave Guiding Hero!"
After reading a summary of the movie on Serebii, I found that "Wave Guiding Hero" refers to waves of energy connecting every living thing. Rukairo has the ability to manipulate this energy.
But what does that have to do with Steel/Fighting?
Well, in the Eastern parts of Asia, wise and powerful martial artists can manipulate this very same kind of energy to perform amazing feats. They call it their "Chi." They can do inhuman stunts and have exceptional endurance (fighting). They also have seemingly rock-hard bodies! (steel) A group of six men can attempt to push a focused monk and be unable to budge him the slightest inch.
So there you go. The basis for our friendly neighborhood Wave Guiding Hero.
Hope you enjoy this information!
