I think Diglett looks just like a gumdrop when he is fully exposed. Cubone is harder to predict. Maybe it's hiding a extremly large nostril under it's mask.

i use to think cubone was a charmander with a bone mask , like very long time ago...like when they were doing the first few episodes of pokemon.

well, seeing as how  is a mole pokemon, I'd say it had two big claws (how else can it scratch/slash?) and a mole-like body.  is the same thing, it just has three heads, methinks.
The though... that's harder. The pokedex says its the skull of its mother, so it's probably just the same outline and stuff as the skull, just... brown. _________________This signature is too big. Please refer to the signature rules

Thanks for starting this i have thought about this for at least 3 years now (do i have to much time on my hands?)
I belive Cubone has a head like Charizard look at them it could very well be true
I also belive Diglett is like a jelly bean shape with Prarie Dog hands and feet.

A cubone's skull is their mother's skull after she dies, so I really don't think it looks that bad. I think it would basically look like a T-rex...kind of. o_0 Digletts harder....obviously it digs really adeptly so I assume it has claws.

Perhaps. But remember the early Kanto episode when Ash battled the girl at the Pokemon Elite School (or some similar name) and the girl sent out Cubone against Pikachu. Pikachu

I think those are awesome, especially the diglett. I always imagined cubone looking more reptilian and fierce, but I love your interpretation.
