i vote scyther/scizor, scizor has decent def and atk is quite high but its spd is not so i try to increase its spd with salac berry and well it works, sometimes, also scyther is good at sweeping and baton passing spd to scizor.

i recently discovered {vemomoth} and lots of em and i realized... bugs make good annoyers! you just hafta hate the moveset below

Herracross, with it's high STAB and megahorn, it's the most useful.

i voted for {forretress} because it is strong, fast enough and has a GREAT defence. but if i had a completely bug team, it would look like this. {forretress} {venomoth} {scyther} {ariados}/{beedrill} {yanma} {ninjask}

Bug pokemon are useless except dual-type Heracross.

I generally don't like bug type at all, but it is good fun to use Ariados against my Arachnaphobic sister and watch her scream at my Night Shade! Tee hee

I have to agree that {scyther} is better than {scizor}.
I strongly dislike pokemon with x4 weakness, and his evo states are bad.
if I was looking for a pokemon who can deal with many types but have bad states, I may as well use {sableye}, which dosen't have x4 weaknes.. or even x2 weakness.

um, scyther has a 4x weakness to rock + weaknesses to flying, fire, ice, and electric, where scizor ONLY has a weakness to fire (albeit 4x)... one agility (or even a salac) takes care of the speed problem, while his defense and attack power are significantly higher...

Heracross. He is a very powerful guy, with strong physical attacks like Megahorn and Brick Break. Plus, he can Endure-Reversal. And he can get Swords Dance through Move tutor( I >think< so).

For the Pokemon's image to work, you have to use brackets like this: {}, and not ().
