Could I get some help on this? What I understand is that the PRNG is very predictable, and that if you do things right you can control what you get by breeding or catching wild pokemon.
What I don't get/refuse to believe is that humans are supposed to be able to do anything within a 16 millisecond window of time. If that's correct, then are we just supposed to try repeatedly until we manage to press the button within that tiny 16ms time frame?

I'm not sure I'm doing this right. The timer says I'm overshooting or undershooting by a frame or two, but the IVs my eggs are getting don't match any of the frames near the one I'm aiming for. Any ideas on what I'm not doing right?
