Likely choices?

-Gordon Freeman's gravity gun from Half-Life 2 and episodes. Laziness made simple.
-Viewtiful Joe's V-Watch! When it reacts to your hero instincts and glows, you say the word... HENSHIN. And then you get to kick as much ass as you please.
-Link's Kokiri Boots in Ocarina of Time. I don't know why but they just look awesomely comfortable.
-The Sonic Phantom of F-ZERO. It's not my favorite machine in the series, but according to its backstory the Death Anchor is a modified missile that hasn't had its explosives disarmed, so.

ya my pick would be the portal gun from the game portal. the thing is so usable that it's amazing

ya but just think about it. lots of other game have sweet weapons in them but the portal gun is more than a weapon it's a tool that would help me with work, playing in hid n' seek with just tons of stuff. yes tons like every thing almost so if any one can think of some thing that is better in those ways then please let me know it could save me years of research

The Metal gear solid 2 invisibility cloak, It would prove useful in MANY situations.

I would take the portal gun!
I would take the special boots on Portal 2, too. (You can jump from high without taking any damage!)

Assuming it spat out something with genuine monetary value, be it either gold or legal tender, the wearable Question Box from Super Mario 3D Land is something worth considering: it spits infinite coins as you walk/run around. I don't know if it would be the thing for me specifically, but hey, never needing to have a real job for the rest of my life is certainly appealing.

I don't know of any ? block that works infinitely but it's a good idea.
