If you make the backgrounds transparent it makes it look more professional

Try some exploration with transparency!

i use MS paint (for doing the actual spriting), iaza (now for transparance), and photobucket (to get my sprites online)

Some of your sprites are pretty good!

One thing I would recommend is working on your recolouring. On some of the sprites you recoloured you seem to have forgotten to recolour the outline(s), for example, the Haunter/Scyther usion, the Blastoise/Crobat fusion, and the yellow Hoppip/Electivire fusion.

Other than that, you have some good sprites and seem to be very creative!

I agree with Dare. You're very creative, but you could be a tad better at recoloring. There are some video tutorials on Youtube that show you how to do it with MSPaint. That's how I learned to sprite

I agree with the whole thing about re-coloring, you have a nice knack for conceptualizing these crazy splices, however it looks a bit strange when the pokemon are left in their original color.
Like with the first sprite you made it would look a lot better if Feralligator's arms were gallade's colors, same with kyorge and groudon.

Also another thing I will say, you did try to re-color blastoise, the shading seems a bit off particularly on his arms, don't feel the need to keep the orgional sprite colors for these sprites if something seems a bit off, throw your own colors into the pallet.

Anyway like has been said before, all is well, just work a bit on recoloring.
