It was in a starter deck - the base set Hitmonchan (otherwise known as the Haymaker).

I cant remember my 1st card it was a while ago.....But my cousins 1st was a pika from a newer set...pika is his fav...lucky....the set was power keepers...

My friend gave me 2 booster packs of cards as my first, including Porygon, Dialga, and Ho-Oh (still one of my best cards).

Hmm, I remember my first card. I was in year three, when I walked in I saw a pokemon card on the floor. "Flareon ex" it said on it. One of my friends told me it was rare, so i kept it and ... yeah. Flareon ex is my first card.

My sister found her first card on the ground at the mall. Hippowdon, 110 HP or 100, I don't remember. Not bad, as her first card a year ago. My other friend got her first card in the tracsh can at her church, Dark Omanyte or something, but she hates pokemon so she gave it to sibbling(s) who live it. I wanted it, though.

My first card was a Hoothoot from Diamond/Pearl. Oh, and a Water Energy. I won them from a friend in a guess the card game.
