Yay, DragoBoy got it. Although the 'maze' I was refering to was Meteor Falls in RSE, since Bagon is obtainable at the very end of it.

I'm going to guess Butterfree:
-it's a butterfly.

Does "that one^^" mean the "before I came around..." clue?
Still confused on that, but is it because it is the first White Pokémon in National Dex order? Or maybe it's because Butterfree is the first Pokémon shown in the anime to have an alternate color.
-it can learn thief? There's probably something more to that.

Clue 3 appearance - looks like an ant
Clue 4 the move theif - don't know if he can learn it

Seadra can learn Poison and Dragon moves however its typing is just pure water.

Female Seadra will evolve into Kingdra, regardless of gender.

Seadra did not originally evolve into Kingdra, not until Generation 2.
