Talk about the anime gaming world along with the Manga here! Which is the Best?

The game. Hands down. No one cares about ash. I've actually beaten the elite four.

Yeah. He shouldve. But, Frost doesnt like this 'stuff' to be reported, I learned. It should still be moved. He needs to learn to read. My 10 yr old autistic cousin can read better. Then again, I taught him comprehension skills.

You don't watch Manga. You READ Manga.

Whoever hasn't read the manga yet and needs something to do in their spare time should definitely try it out, just google "read manga pokemon adventures online" and be prepared to be amazed how freakingly awesome it is. Apparently it's what the Pokemon people wanted the anime to embody, however they had to change that to try to attract the target market (ie, younger kids..). I'm talking about a Pokemon world where Team Rocket is actually menacing (battling to kill, instead of for comedic purposes) and the characters (especially Green, who is based on the heroine in LeafGreen and is probably my favourite character) have real personalities in that they have flaws and "grow" as people.

That's what I'd say the biggest downfall of the anime is/has been. Reusing the same characters for adaptations of stories that clearly weren't supposed to. Sure they swap out the girl, but the whole shebang could have been better if the characters were retired with each new region. Black and White presents an especially fat waste of potential. A cartoon that closely followed the events of the game with the characters as they are (besides Hilbert/Hilda, having no personality nor existing team) could have been worth watching. Provided it had smarter writing and voice work that wasn't tremendously bad.
