I use Paint.Net but I don't do as much anymore.

Not a lot of people are doing ANY art on this site anymore, it would be awesome if you continued.

Ive always wanted to see an evolution splice of charmander/charmeleon/charizard and dratini/dragonair/dragonite i think this would be cool! Let me know if thats something you`ld consider.

My suggestion means, you would splice the first evolution pokemon, second evolution pokemon then the third evolution. To make an evolution splice.

Since I'm feeling kind of lazy it is currently unnamed. But it is a combination of Serperior, Samurott, and Emboar.
To decide on a name I've been thinking of a competition. People suggest names and I pick the best one.
The only rules are that it must be appropriate, and no more than three names per person per day.
It will end April 20 at 11:59pm EST (GMT -5) and I will post the winner within 24 hours.
The winner gets my respect and 45 psybucks.

I know but Charmeleon and Dragonair, and Charizard and Dragonite are tough combinations (at least for me).

The splice looks good, well done.

I can't find official Kyuram/Kyurom sprites and I'd rather not use someone else's work. I'll keep looking but it doesn't look promising.
