when do pokemon start showing up in white forest? i got nothing yet i've beeten the elite 4 once and an leveling up and eploring and just got to wf.

I'm pretty sure you need to walk around in the tall grass/surf for that. What Pokemon you run into depends on what NPCs you have living in your White Forest.
Do you even have any people there?

And since i'm greedy and want to save you the trouble of asking how can I get more npc's (therefore taking a post away from you >:/), connect to a Black version using the Entralink on the C-Gear and go to Black City and talk to people. They will ask to go to White Forest to which you say yes.

i got nothin but pokemoncenter 1 house and two ppl outside with a side of flat grassless land and trees. no pokemon black around no local ppl into them

Ok then. You might be SOL until you can find someone who has black.

if there's noone in the area you live that has pokemon black you might want to go buy it.

While that is also possible, the only downfall is that you will need an extra ds.
