I did a gameshark code for the Kanto Gym Battle Music. When I went to the Gate house place ( the right side of the park ) There where two gaurds! I NEVER saw 2 Guards there before! ( the one below the park had only one gaurd) And they both said some pokemon can only be found in the park. I don't understand because the music still worked. Can you help me out here? I'm confused...

Try talking to them. And try to enter the Bug Catching Contest.

It's just a glitch I guess. NEVER USE Gamesharks - since you used one, you should have expected some glitches to appear somewhere in the game.

you might have been in the bug catching contest were there gaurds at the other entrance?

Maybe the gameshark somehow moved the gaurd from one gate house to the other. Could you check that?

Psychic girl, remember how on days of the bug-catching contest the gaurds "move" from behind the counter to the side of the door in the Gate house?
My best guess is one of the programming switches (in the game) represents when the "guard is behind the desk" while another represents when the gaurd is "next to door". Normally, they would be alternate, one on and one off depending on the day (thus giving the appearance of either the gaurd is behind the counter or is next to the door) when in fact they are both always there except you can only see one at a time.
The gameshark may have activated both switches simultaniously.

Now, all you programming experts may think this idea is stupid (mainly because both gaurds say the same thing instead of thier original speeches) but I argue the scenario that both gaurds dialogs came from when it was first programmed. Instead of making two seprate programmed sprites, the one by the door is probably just a copy of the one behind the counter (the gaurd by the doors original dialogue is ussually hidden by the same switche, thus revelaing "Today's XXXXXXX. That means the Bug-Catching Contest is on today..." instead what the guy behind the counter says. It wasn't intentional for both switches to be activated, in fact, that's why the switches were pu thier in the first place). Psychic girl, next Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday, see if the gaurd next to the door tells you about the bug-catching contest (it may prove this right).
If any of you guys has another ideas, I think it may help in fixing this (if it needs fixing).
