Sooo..totally new to this forum...but it looks like a good place to get some constructive criticism and advice.

So I've beaten my Emerald game and I've just unlocked the Battle Frontier. Mind you, I've played it before and know all about BF, but this time I want to go in having a good team, rather than have to spend days training new pokemon cause my first team sucked butt.

So my current team is:

Manectric lvl 49 @ blackglasses
-Thunderbolt
-Bite
-Quick Attack
-Strength
Swampert lvl 47 @ soft sand
-Surf
-Earthquake
-Take Down
-Rock Smash (replacing with another move, suggestions?)
Swellow lvl 45 @ Persim Berry
-Aerial Ace
-Fly
-Focus Energy
-Steel Wing
Breloom lvl 46 @ lax incense
-Headbutt
-Sky Uppercut
-Mega Drain
-Leech Seed
Ludicolo lvl 47 @ mystic water
-Surf
-Nature Power
-Giga Drain
-Ice Beam (his weakest move, suggestions?)
Salamence lvl 55 (probably gonna replace with a pokemon I trained from a low level)
-Flamethrower
-Dragonbreath
-Headbutt
-Fly

I plan on leveling them all to 50 and then trying my luck at the Frontier. Suggestions for better pokemon? My Breloom is my strongest Attackwise, but has the most weaknesses: x4 flying, psychic, ice, fire, idk probably more. I'd like to replace quick attack on my Manectric with a move with more benefits since it doesn't need a first-hit move. Wondering if putting ice beam on my swampert would be a good move, since I'd like to have at least one ice attack for dragon-types and grass.

Salamence lvl.80

- Fly

Blaziken lvl.80
- Sky Uppercut
- Blaze kick
- Bulk Up
- Slash

Milotic lvl.80
- Hydro Pump
- Rain Dance
- Recover
- Attract

Anabel's Pokemon were Raikou, Latios and Snorlax = LvL.80
The only trouble with her Pokemon is Snorlax. Huge HP and Defense and luckily I have
Blaziken with Sky Uppercut.
