Does it have to be a sprite or can it be a pixel or hand drawn, cos im not sure if modifiying a sprite to a specific attack will look good when i atempt it

Didn't you read the rules? It won't end untill ten people submit. That way, someone won't autowin if they're they only one that posted for weeks.

Yes I do read the rules, I was just wondering if it got cancelled for some reason.

I'm kinda new to these contests, and the last two contests I was in were pretty short. I didn't expect this one to go on this long.

I tried doing some animation but it ended up horrible. I was happy to notice that drawings apparently qualify too, so I went with that this time.
So, my entry is Raikou using Thunder/Thunderbolt, however you wish to interpret this.
